The building is quite old and the walls are not totally sound proof so it was quite loud in the evening.

It was a very short stay for me and I liked the location, very central, within the walking distance to the metro station and the bus stop to the airport. The room was quite spacious. The people at the reception were welcoming and helpful (agreed to store my luggage for a while on the check out day).

The bathroom was quite small, and the toilet was awkwardly positioned, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. Also, the shower door was broken, so water kept leaking out and left the bathroom floor wet after every use. Other than that, everything else was fine.

I loved the location – it was in a very convenient and upscale area, surrounded by beautiful streets and plenty of trees. Everything was nearby, including the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, great shopping centers, coffee shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. Public transport like the metro and bus stops were just a short walk away, and finding parking was easy too.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and very quiet at night, which made it easy to relax. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the center and major sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended!

We had a 4th floor room. The lift only took 1 person with luggage, or 2 without. The room wasn't the cleanest. Dusting hadn't been done in a while, plus there was hair everywhere. As the walls are thin, you can hear everything around you. Housekeeping wasn't quiet, hoovering the landings at 8 am. The landing phones are constantly going off to it's not the place to be if you want a lie in.

For a 3 star hotel you can't expect much. Location was great. We didn't have breakfast, loads of places near hotel, walking distance from the metro.

The bathroom was minute and badly designed. It was almost impossible to sit on the loo, particularly for a big man. The basin was on a shelf with a metal bar round it with a sharp corner which went into your leg when you sat on the loo. We had many bruises by the end of our stay ! Also there was an awful smell of drains.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to visit. The room was an adequate size and the bed was comfortable. Very nice cafe and excellent boulangerie across the road.

We stayed at Hotel Royal Opéra and found it to be a good value for the money, especially for the central location. We paid €125 per night, which is very reasonable for Paris. The room was small, and the bathroom was quite tight with limited space, which is typical for the city. It wasn’t very clean, and overall the space felt a bit cramped. It’s fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 nights. The staff was friendly, and the location is excellent for sightseeing and shopping.

Unfortunately the hotel was under construction which disrupted our view. Additionally, the aircon didn’t work very well. I would say it wasn’t as nice as I had hoped but the staff were lovely and it was easy to get around. The neighbourhood seemed nice and safe too.

Some of the staff are really unpleasant, telling us that our book is invalid without even checking the database or asking names... The king size bed is made of two single mattresses... Some of the towels are with holes, or cut in half.

The location is great near everything, the room is quite big for Paris.

there is a lot to improve and it is safety issues. The shower floor is made of a very slippery material, there is no place to put soap, shampoo and at least there is no bar to hold on to.

I had a late breakfast and it was more of a favor for me to take some tea and eat a little bit of what was left but I feel that charging full price of breakfast isn’t fair. There was barely anything to eat. I do think they should provide at least one water bottle and some tea to have in the room.

It’s my second time. I think breakfast quality could improve. The location is superb! Very comfortable room, could have more amenities such as tea/water/coffee and slippers. That would improve the experience a lot. Very helpful staff.

Very noisy at night with people coming and going I stayed on the first floor and could hear everyone going up and down the stairs and lifts at all hours! The room is good for one person probably not a couple/ two people.

Great location with lots to do nearby. The room was just what I needed as a solo traveller for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly and spoke great English!
