They make a difference between hostel and hotel guest, so that breakfast is different is not the same quality they should improve the host hostel breakfast at all.

Very nice hotel with everything you need really nearby. The group of Luz has a decent breakfast. The rooms are very quiet and what organized is not so crowded so you can sleep very well at night.

I booked the hostel before 2 hours of my arrival as it was a sudden plan but the bed was not arranged and I got disappointed with that

The property was very close to the place which I wanted to visit, which is the Sanctuary of Lourdes. Luckily, I got the bed, which was close to the window, but 3 double beds in a small room is a bit frustrating 😑.

They do bot advise that entrance to sainte rose hotel is also entrance to rosalita hostel. It took me about 25 min to find and I was 1 m away .Google naps overlaps hotel and hostel the road is split and Google doesn't register .pl out a notice on sliding door if hotel saying also entrance to rosalita

Proximity to the sanctuary. Also, the hotel offered to hold my luggage after I checked out since I had a late flight. That was very thoughtful and caring of them. Unfortunately, I accidentally left one of my backpacks near a group of tourist luggage that was heading back to Toulouse. Unintentionally, they took my backpack with them. However, the hotel staff made sure to track it down by reviewing the security cameras and ensured I received it in time for my flight. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

Overall old and poorly maintained facility. Toilet had used dirty towels everywhere, no ventilation and fungus growing on the walls. Possibly my worst hostel toilet experience despite it being shared with the guests in the room only. Uncomfortable and old style bath tube shower. No kitchen in a hostel. The only common space besides the room is the deck and restaurante, shared with a hotel. The drawers below bed available to store and lock baggage were stuck and therefore it was hard to move in the very tiny room when it got busy. The only attempt to make it look younger is a ping pong table in the deck, you should expect elderly guest mainly.

Near city centre, walking distance from main attractions in town. Nice people working over there, friendly and helpful.

Room was very small, zero space. Bathroom floor was soaking in water. And the was no kitchen!! Not even a fridge for your food.

Location was good, but you have to look at the map on Booking, not on Google Maps! Very helpful and nice staff.
