Having to go upstairs in the nighttime to use the toilet. Having to listen to my partner on the toilet and the amount of noise until the early hours. You can literally hear what people in the street below are actually saying. On arrival, the staff were not very welcoming.

There are no lifts, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. Due to the central location it was quite noisy, can be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Our bathroom had a faint drainage smell.

The location and staff were great! The place is extremely close to the beach and many restaurants. Our room had a balcony, so it was nice to observe a lively street. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty, the croissants especially were amazing.

The owner should advise the guests, where to pick up the keys, before arrival. We arrived at the front door of the property, and there is nothing, to say that you are at the property. Will be very helpful if the massages, we send, will be answering in english. No, every tourist speaks french, this situation can be very annoying: considering that the majority of the tourists in this beautiful part of France, are British. The shower in my room, a bit small, the water come out, if you not carefull.

The location was great. The two storey room was good. The balcony facing all the action, in the maill, restaurant and morning market wad great.

For two days it was ok, but generally I think it is for the youth. Very noisy and the open bathroom is not for everyone...

The bathroom is upstairs. It's modern and more than adequate. But as one goes up the stairs there are plexiglass barriers but no handrails. This became a problem after trying the Chemin de Nietzsche and hurting my back. Take the bus from Eze Sur Mer to Eze Village instead!

The location was excellent. It's very near the Opera de Nice, the sea, the antique markets, and restaurants. La Favola, Bocca Nissa, are a couple of places to have dinner. The apartment is located above Pain & Cie a place where you can have the offered breakfast, but does not stay open late. The restaurants nearby have waiting lines to get in and I managed to get a table. If that fails, there are other choices if you walk towards the Palais de Justice. The little balcony made you feel a part of the street life and though there was activity, it ceased just after midnight. Or you could close the French doors. I thought it was a very good choice.

Bring ear plugs! Location excellent but noisy nightlife and early morning drilling and sidewalk table/market prep. Challenging to open the room door.

Noisy at night, entrance hall is overbooked with some things probably from restaurant, same breakfast every morning (it is good but same croissants & butter & marmalades), toilet upstairs

Great location, great view, small terrace, everything you need is here - pedestrian area, beautiful restaurants, promenade, beach. Apartment is small but you have everything you need here. Toilet is upstairs and it is a little problem if you are tall!

It has an open air bathroom loft up some narrow stairs - which was actually fine but I did close the curtains/put a towel over the glass barrier whenever I used the bathroom just in case. It was very spacious in the bathroom which I prefer over the tiny narrow bathrooms you get in most accommodation.

Perfect location - looks over the market in the Old Town. It was spacious enough for two people, had air conditioning, was clean, check in was easy through the cafe below (Pain & Cie - who also provide a free continental breakfast for guests) downstairs.

We found it a little difficult to find at first. We didn't know that we had to go to the cafe to check in Not a problem once we knew.

Ideal location. Quirky, modern conversion and close to beach and restaurants. We didn't realise that breakfast was included in the cafe below until our last day.

Stair case to the bathroom was a bit low over the bed and at the entrance at the top. Would not suit anyone with back or knee issues.

Central location, boutique feel, definitely a room with a view.Only 50m from the beach. The area is very lively which provides a great atmosphere but wouldn't suit people looking for a quiet place. I would definitely stay here again.

Sitting on the loo you can see directly into a restaurant, pretty sure they could see back, also no shower, but the bath was big and comfortable

Negotiating the stairs was a challenge, probably easier for younger people.

Great location opposite the markets and neighbouring restaurants in old town Nice. Went prepared having this prior knowledge of probable crowd noise in the evenings. The owner and staff were wonderful, and the service was excellent. Room had character and was very comfortable.

Because it was so close to the town it’s very noisy. Room needs iron and tea/ coffee facilities. Toilet wasn’t private so not great if you don’t feel comfortable with your family or friends. Wi-Fi didn’t really work it was very slow.

The lay out of the appartment was incredibly imaginative with a modern bathroom on a mezzanine and a bed underneath - the design meant we kept banging our heads we went to the loo which was of course partly our own faults

You had to crouch down to go to the bathroom when leaving the stairwell and entering the bathroom. Also, the windows don’t shut out the street noise very well. The street is noisy all night long. Someone sets up tables and chairs outside the restaurant at 4:45 am which is very noisy. One of the nearby restaurants was open until 2:30 am.

The property was tastefully decorated and well constructed.
