Maybe more English language tv stations. But what was available was ok.

The hotel restaurant service was very slow, and you're eating outdoors in a playground area where kids are playing loudly and throwing things around. Very chaotic and noisy.

Good stay overall. Kind staff, nice room, everything clean and good, very fast and reliable wifi for remote workers, a few restaurants nearby, about a 5-10 minute walk from various buses and trams, but also only ~10 minute walk to city center. The hotel restaurant food was better than I expected, actually quite good.

Overall the hotel met our expectations for our driving trip and was a good stop off on our way.

Very funky and nice hotel in Grenoble. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms and corridors and overall hotel done up in a really cool way. Great bar downstairs which was quite busy. Very close to supermarkets if needed (across the road) and also easy walk into town for access to restaurants, etc. Easy access to parking which was secure underground and with quite large spaces.

Rooms are a bit small and showing their age a little - perhaps could do with a bit of sprucing up. But still very nice.

Quirky and fun hotel with lots to look at - if we had small children with us (or younger teens) they would have loved it. Beds were comfy and good to have the bar and garden on site. A very relaxed vibe, and staff were friendly.

The in-house restaurant was very busy mainly because there weren't many restaurants open nearby. The communication between the restaruant and the hotel desk regarding the bills was not perfect. I had to prove that I paid for my meal at the restaurant, which was not trivial.

Supplying water at the lobby was great. Groceries are in the close vicinity.

The website promised on site parking but this was unavailable when I checked in. Apparently I had to reserve parking when I made my initial reservation. This needs to be communicated better. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable versus some of their competitors.

Excellent staff across the board - courteous, helpful and friendly. Fun environment. More interesting compared to other chains at this price point (EG Accor properties). Loved the complementary water fountain and take away bottles in reception. A small detail that means a a lot.

Waiting 15 minutes for a drink, so we left?nothing to do with the obviously very busy barman, but cocktails take time, when they have 6 to do, what can 1 person do, 10 people waiting at the bar? Anyway we came back to eat, the same thing 2 people running the restaurant and terrace, absolutely crazy. The management need to do it themselves. It's absolutely outrageous to expect so few people can keep up the standards you expect, get more staff, your bottom line will increase, I guarantee that

It was BBQ Tuesday and incredibly busy. The poof bar staff were overwhelmed and service suffered not their fault though they needed help.

We loved the music memorabilia and ambience it is very different to most hotels but in a good way. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Code access to the garage on motorcycles was tricky.

Little details for which most hotels will charge extra: still or sparkling water, extra coffee pods - nice PR touch. Staff is very pleasant and well trained. A pleasure.

Room A/C works great...when it works. Room cooling was having issues during the week I was staying here. I changed rooms due to failing cooling, but A/C failed in new room as well. Staff remained very friendly and professional in offering me another room and free drink.

Noisy bar, very expensive. The room was not spacious at all, and quite expensive, for what was offered.

We were on the first floor and our window was at the ground level with the greenery outside, which didn't seem to be maintained so we didn't open windows too much. But I do very much appreciate that you could fully open windows if you wanted to, I'm not a huge fan of AC so always prefer fresh air.

We loved everything, 11 stars out of 10! The room was very spacious. The toilet was in its own enclosed room, separated from the rest of the bathroom, which is not common in hotels, but very much appreciated! The staff was fabulous, spoke perfect English. We loved all the decorations at RockyPop, the whole hotel just had a very optimistic friendly vibe. They also had a self-service tablet for easier check-in. Opposite the hotel there are two supermarkets. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station (we didn't use public transport in Grenoble at all). We only stayed one night but next time I would stay even for two weeks, this hotel is just amazing!

This is a great little gem of a hotel in Grenoble. Quite modern with a fun approach. The rooms were very comfortable. We really loved the restaurant - there is a massive garden where families gather in a small play area. Loads of places to sit and have a beer and enjoy the weather. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Location was great, not a long walk from the cable car. We really enjoyed our time here and in Grenoble in general.
