The hotel is in a great location next to the river and lovely old part of Castres. Travelling by bicycle I had a safe storage area in the huge garage. The room was spacious and there was a good fan to help to keep cool.

AustraliaThe stairs were extremely steep and there were two sets of them to the main floor of rooms ok for me but difficult for someone with a disability like my husband but he just managed. Not too keen on Castres as a town to visit. Maybe because it was Sunday and it was absolutely dead
When arriving you need a code to get in so make sure you have it if you don’t have phone access. Luckily we had a sim to be able to phone. The room was adequate with a view to the street. Could do with extra pillows as always a problem in Europe. Owner was very accommodating and loaned me a kettle for my morning cuppa. Very central secure parking at a price

CanadaThe private parking was definitely a bonus. The location was great. Close walking to restaurants and cafes, easy street to navigate to by car for arrival and departure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For the rating and the hotel price everything was as expected. It was by no means fancy, but it had everything described, and was clean. We asked for a room with two beds and got a double bed and a small twin. Our room was spacious. This was the least expensive place we stayed at during our whole trip, and it met our expectations in comparison to the higher priced hotels.
