How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They charged me again for the taxes I already paid with booking.com. Not sure where the communication failed but they i claimed I needed to pay it 9.76 extra
Wonderful location with great view of the old center. Nice breakfast.

The front of the external entrance dirty. Some effort into cleaning the entrance up would make it seem more inviting. It seemed as though we were entering an old private apartment building not a hotel.
Location great with good parking. Bonus being able to walk across bridge to town centre. Restaurants close by. Great having windows that open as no air con available.

The room (with extra bed). was very tiny. No place to open suitcase. But the view made up for it.
Everything we needed. Good location downtown, beautiful view, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Small room,. Moreover,hopefully, there wasn't a lot of noise, but the walls or the celling were fine.

The cleaning

The property location is good along the river side on the top of it entire staff is very cooperative and always smiling which brings me back to stay at ibis styles Meauxe

Room on the small side, but conformable.
Excellent riverside location - very close to rail station. Terrace area so breakfast could be eaten outside and was also a place to relax. Room overlooked river.

Didn't feel 100% secure
Clean, and comfortable. Located close to the market and train station, not far (5 min walk) from town centre. Grocery shops, eating and take away right at the doorstep. Breakfast was good, not huge choice but enough.

Nothing for the price.
Clean, tidy hotel overlooking the river, a a short walk over the bridge and into the heart of the old town and from the station. Good continental breakfast, nice helpful staff. Value for money. They also served pizza and wine for dinner when we were too tired to wander out after a days sightseeing.

It was tricky to find the location from the highway; we had to call and the young woman from the desk came out to let us into the parking lot. Also, the heater in our room didn't work that well; the young woman at the desk kind of apologized for its age.
Location was fun to walk into the center of Meaux. Also, desk staff was very helpful in printing out our boarding pass. If you're flying out of CDG in the morning, this is a much more interesting location than an "airport" hotel, and it really only took about 1/2 hour to get to CDG. Breakfast was lovely, including FRESH SQUEEZED Orange Juice, and Brie de Meaux.

I have stayed in Ibis and Ibis Budget before and this was the first time in Ibis Styles. I must say I was so amazed to see the hotel and the facilities in room. Definitely the hotel has a style! We had a very comfortable stay. Very nice view of the river. The reception staff was very polite and welcoming. Buffet breakfast had enough nice options. I specially loved that they had separate cutlery and crockery for kids 🙂 Such a cute hotel and great experience. Highly recommend.

We checked in very late but the staff person was very accommodating and helped us through the parking and other check-in tasks. Highly recommend this hotel if you have a car and are visiting Disneyland Paris 🥰
