Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaA little more care and dedication should be put into maintaining the location's rooms.
The place is well located, being close to the main port, metro station, bus and tram stops. Shops are easily found in the area, the main esplanade is close, 100m, and the Canebiere boulevard is 250m from the location. We had an apartment with a very large terrace, furnished with a table and four chairs where we could sit outside. The apartment was spacious and clean.

AustraliaOn 4th floor & no internet unless in passage way asked for it be fixed first day… asked again next morning and we were offered another room on 1st floor which we took as needed internet. Room was smaller and the street noise was very loud until about 3 am every night. In both rooms the power did not work on window side of bed, so no light & no chance to charge anything near bed. No light in kitchen area, making it hard to use in semi darkness. Knowing what we know now, we would return but not on first floor as too noisy. Staff more than helpful😊

United KingdomThere are some minor things that weren't so great, but overall I had a pleasant stay: 1.The bedroom aircon didn't work properly - it turned on for 2 minutes and then turned itself off. There wasn't a timer on the unit, so I'm not sure why it didn't stay on, but it was a little frustrating not to have working aircon and having to go over and restart it every two minutes if we wanted to use it. 2.The bedroom's power sockets only worked on one side of the room and the main lights in the bedroom didn't work at all - only the bedside lamps worked. It wasn't a big deal, as the bedside lamps were fine. 3.The toilet seat was broken, the hinge at the back wasn't fixed so the lid and toilet seat kept falling off. Minor things really, overall I liked the apartment and the hotel as a whole.
The location is perfect - right near the main port with lots of cafes and resturants, and a metro station 1 minutes walk away. It's tucked away a street back from the main promenade so it wasn't too noisey either. Really great location. The room I booked had a outside seating area, which was nice in the mornings and evenings, and the apartment was spacious and had a fridge and kitchen area. The shower faciities in the bathroom were really nice. The staff were really helpful and super friendly - 10/10. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. I'd stay there again.

GreeceThe pictures are not representative of the rooms (at least the one I was put in), as the facilities are quite dated in real life. The wifi was also touch and go, which wasn't great for someone at a business trip.
The hotel is in an excellent location, a few steps from Vieux Port and the local metro station. The breakfast included a limited selection of products but was of great quality.

CroatiaRoom was mostly clean, but cleanliness is not on the highest level. Be aware of the fact that weekly cleaning of the studios is included in the price only after 7 nights or more, same as clean set of towels. That literally means you'll have to empty trash can by yourself (or pay extra cleaning). Hairdryer is available only if requested. You won't stay hungry, but don't expect a lot from a breakfast.
Location is great, everything is close and in walking distance: Mucem, Le Panier, boats to the calanques, Canebiere street, main train station, tourist train to the Notre Dame de la Garde...
