No air con and there was construction at the entry which made it hard to wheel our bags in.

Room was very spacious and was good having a little kitchenette and fridge for a cheap night in. Location was great for a night out with every hug in walking distance. Also close to the train station.

Bed was not comfortable and the boiler was located right above the toilet which was a bit odd. The shower curtain was moldy.

The biggest problem is that the kitchen and bedroom are in the same space. Since there is no ventilation in the kitchen, cooking causes a very bad smell that never goes away. Also, they left only a tiny amount of dish soap, which was not enough at all, and there was only one dish towel. These things worsened the hygiene conditions. The kitchenware was very insufficient. There was no liquid soap in the bathroom either.

Beds were uncomfortable. Lots of dust and webs in the corners. A bit dingy. If you have high standards for cleanliness I might skip this one.

The location is supberb, located right in the old town and accessible to the whole city. It was also one of the cheapest hotels available. Check in was easy as was the walk from the train station. Everything was functioning in the property

They leave one sachet of washing up liquid which is not enough. In our room there was a massive water heater placed above the toilet so if you weren’t careful you could easily hit your head. There was a bit less space than anticipated. We didn’t read it had no air conditioning, we found out when we were there. Not many toilet rolls left for us. One of the two washing machines didn’t work and stopped mid cycle same with the tumble dryer. So that was money lost in both appliances. We also had to rewash the clothes in the working washing machine. Would recommend using a separate laundrette as it’s not possible to get money back from the app who manages the washers unfortunately. Did not see much staff while there.

The location is great. It was relatively clean when we got there. Toiletries and soap smell nice. Sofa bed is good, feels like memory foam. Water in vending machine in the reception is good value for money.

The breakfast is not worth it. Not much choice of food. Although the baguettes were nice, I recommend getting your breakfast from a nearby bakery for something that's delicious but the same price. The apartment and fittings themselves are a bit old: the main room light was very dim, and the lamps were broken. The water pressure in the shower was low.

Great location. A one room apartment in the middle of the city within easy walking distance of major attractions and the nearby tram station. The staff were pleasant and courteous, and the unmanned check-in was seamless, with a code sent to us before our stay so that we could enter and receive our key smoothly. Overall, a reasonable place to stay.

First time I saw that the guests were being asked to dump the garbage bins before leaving. Isn't that supposed to be the job of the cleaning crew?

There was a mistake on the part of the property giving us a smaller room not the size we had booked for, but it was Sunday evening when we checked in, then we have to complain to the Reception next morning. Receptionist apologised and transferred us to the bigger room we had booked By the way, staff are friendly and helpful.

Didn’t seem overly clean, hairs from previous travellers still in the bathroom. An exhaust fan in the bedroom ran constantly and was disturbing at night but the one in the bathroom didn’t work 😂

Hard core is excellent however, staff is not competant not even apologized for given a room which should be put for maintenance. It would be a wonderful premises however, lack of maintenance , I was assigned with A room broken mirror n cracked toilet seat which looks like it had been broken for a few months. I asked for a room change at around 18:00 n was told it was not possible due to full house situation. I'm paying almost double for normal price offered in your site. In a situation like this , have Not even heard a word for ' I'm sorry from The junior staff nor manager who went to to the room with me. Nobody had not put an effort in checking their room planning to see if it is possible. I was picked to stay in this room.

A little bit pricey but everything at Strasbourg is expensive, so it is acceptable in my opinion.

Never saw any staff over the weekend. Had to buy my own toilet paper. There were belongings from previous occupants under the bed. There was no TV remote so was unable to watch TV.

Great location. Handy to come and go as you please and have a kitchen area with everything you'd need. Strasbourg is fantastic.
