In both rooms there were broken facilities like airconditioning and kitchen cabinets.

Great location! We stayed here during for the Beyoncé concerts. Public transport was easily accessible from here, and the staff was friendly!

They forgot to place the babybed. After asking they did their best to find one, but unfortunatly they didn't find one.

Very bad location - difficult to get into central Paris with public transport. Staff were great UNTIL checkout where I met a black female receptionist for the first time who was very very rude, will not be going back ever just because of her.

only issue was the not a single door closes properly. only toilet door and main door and outer door close ,while bathroom door does not close nor can be locked. i had seen the same comment before taking the hotel but i felt the Property must have acted on it as it was 6 months old comment. pl repair the doors of all rooms and bathroom.

The over stay was too good and comfortable the Property is close to RER station so travelling to disney land or to effel tower is easy. there is a bakery right across the hotel so can have your breakfast there its really tasty. also there is superstore right behind the bakery. if you are looking for indian restaurant approx 800 mtrs there is Pakwan restaurant its tasty and quantity is also very good.

not always hot water in the shower! We could use the shower/bath max 2 times a day, after that you'd just be showering with ice cold water. Asked the staff why this was and if the hot water would come back. they were aware of the problem (seems like it happens a lot) and said to just wait for the boiler to heat up again. We didn't have any hot water anymore the whole night and this happened every day. One thing I also noticed was the carpet in the hallway was quite dirty.

very nice staff. the accommodation has it's own little kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Room was clean. Even though not in the city center, quite a nice location in a modern neighbourhood. Cute bakery across the street and 2 minute walk from the train station to go to the city center.

in the kitchen despite a large space a few more pieces of furniture would have been useful, a toilet in the shower room would have also been useful, the shower could have had a larger glass to avoid wetting the floor and it was quite slippery

The room was too small for us, the hot water was not great either it is too hot or cold. The cupboard wasn’t functional. No Balcony. The location doesn’t have any ATMs nearby and mostly cans in the city don’t want to come.

The location was great, lots of parks for children to play, easy access to central Paris. Lots of nice restaurants (Gabin was very good). The room was lovely and bright, with air conditioning, nice balcony area, very happy and helpful front desk staff. Parking was easy and secure, 15 euros a night. I would recommend and stay again.

Small rooms, the Air Condition is not working. Is a flat TV but not smart, you can not watch Netflix all you have is French programs!

Well, it is probably a personal issue. Our flight was changed, so we had to stay one night less as planned. We asked the property to confirm the change of dates, almost one month before the stay. We received a message on booking.com confirming the change of the reservation, but the funds return was not received. It is a pity, as the money for one night was approximately 70 euro.

The stay was good. The property has everything that is needed for a short stay in Paris. Nearby you can find markets and the metro station. Everything was good. You will not have a lot of space in the room, but you will feel comfortable. The internet was great, appreciate that, as in other properties it is a problem.

Very easy check in and the room was clean and comfortable. For me, the location was good as it was a five minute walk to my office. As a tourist, the location is also good as it is two blocks from a train station with lines that run through the center of Paris
