United KingdomGeneral cleanliness could have been better, as we had to wash cutlery when we arrived. We also had to undo sink traps to remove blockages to improve sink drainage. This attention to detail would have improved the experience of our stay.
The reception area was beautiful and the pool/gym were great facilities to use as an alternative to skiing. The wider area was also beautiful.

The location of the apartment was fantastic - straight out of the boot room, about 100 yards and you were at the chair lift. The apartment is small and a little dated but good value for money and having a pool and sauna nearby was great after a long days skiing. Staff were very friendly and we utilised the underground car park (which is 95 euros for the week not 40 as advertised by Booking.com. All in all a great week's skiing

United KingdomWhen we arrived, there was only one bathrobe and two small towels left for five people. Also no bedding left for the sofa bed. Reception was closed for the evening so we had to inform them the next day and had to collect the missing items ourselves that afternoon. The swimming pool is small and busy and there are no separate towels supplied for the pool.
Beds were comfortable. There was a four ring ceramic hob and a small combination microwave and oven. Adequate pans but could have done with more cutlery and crockery. A small cleaning kit was supplied with a small amount of washing up liquid and cleaning liquid, a couple of cloths and 10 dishwasher tablets, but they were of poor quality and the dishes often did not clean well.

LuxembourgA member of the staff reached out to me prior to arrival to see if I need anything. I explained to him that I was traveling 7 hours and planned to arrive within published times. I called back to clarify an question I had. During the drive weather turned bad, raining so hard it wasn’t safe to drive. then I got stuck in a traffic jam. I arrived 10 minutes late with no phone call and the place was locked up tight. Booking was no help at all. the property hasn’t returned a call a message. They did take my 850 euro in exchange for nothing. I travel frequently and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. stay away I found another property better located and enjoys my stay.
