The location was good and the staff were helpful. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. There were the necessary tools for cooking, although we didn't need to use them.

Sofa bed was a bit noisy and property was not so close to the city centre. However, these items are totally manageable.

The size of the whole apartment was good for the price we paid and had all the basics needed.

It was so basic, nothing was nice. .

We chose this hotel because of the pool and the children had great fun. This is a budget self - catering hotel and if this is what you’re looking for then would definitely book. . You have to put on bed linen (supplied) and strip beds at end of stay to keep costs down. One night was enough for me. We didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities but it looked like everything was supplied should you have needed it. The bathroom whilst clean was really off putting and children referred to it as a prison shower. . . It was so basic, nothing looked nice. . No storage for bikes . . If I had to self cater, I would probably look at Airbnb. .

When booking we were unaware of the cleaning required on departure. Had this been more evident we would have paid extra to have the studio cleaned. There were no sheets or towels in the room on arrival but this was quickly corrected by reception.

Even though it is an apartment-hotel I would have expected the beds to be made up, the pillows were but not the sheets or duvets. These had to be stripped at the end of the stay also. A pricelist in the room of what you'd be charged if you break anything but such detail didn't extend to cleanliness with dusty bedside tables and lamps. The pool cover was over the whole pool with no signs of it being recently moved.

A good base to visit Dinan when arriving by car. We were able to check-in, drop everything & walk into the old town & down to the port for dinner. Good sized room with kitchenette. Had a relaxing hour in the pool at the end of the second day.

It was more like a hostel than a hotel. We were asked to leave a damage deposit of 100 Euros for one night stay. We also got the impression that we had to clean the room thoroughly before we left or we would be fined, although in the booking info it said cleaning was included.

Large well equipped one room apartment on 4th floor. Velux windows with great views. Comfortable beds (although we had to put our own sheets and duvet covers on.) Lift access. Location within walking distance of Dinan centre and plenty of Restaurants.

The fact that we had to do our own list of equipment. We've never had to do this before. The place wasn't overly clean. The walls and skirting boards needed a good clean. I cleaned floors and skirting boards before we left but the walls were to much. Noise from the Bistro went on until 2am on 2 days.

The location was great. A ten minute walk into the centre.

No staff at reception or anywhere else in the hotel from 7pm. Swimming pool closes at 7pm daily.

Would have preferred a walk in shower. The bath was very deep to climb into to have a shower. Thought the addition of a dishwasher was a waste of space and cost. Due to our late arrival would have preferred the bed to have been made.

Even though we were late arriving, obtaining entrance to the building and finding our key to our apartment was straightforward. I was surprised at how spacious our apartment was. Was expecting just one room.
