For a family of 3, They didn’t provide enough toilet paper ( only 2 rolls) and no extra towels ( only if you paid extra £7) because we only stayed 7 nights and not 8 as the minimum stay.

Due to heavy wind in the region lot of dust in floor every day to clean no vacuum cleaner. It is impossible to clean good with dust mop. This we do not like..

We would have appreciated a bigger bar of soap for our 7-day stay and more than one toilet paper roll, but maybe that is just me. Otherwise, nothing bad to say :)

The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose this residence because it is relatively close to the beach and there is also a supermarket close to where we stayed. The residence has an elevator, the rooms have air conditioner and a kitchenette. All in all, it was a good experience.

Kitchen layout very poor should you want to prepare food

Muriel was particularly helpful with early check in and went above and beyond to organize transport for us to the station. Although "out of town", bus transport links were excellent.

It is a bit far from the center but public transport is easy. A terrace but no chair to sit outside.

I got an upgrade. Nice and clean studio. Big bathroom, really nice shower. Airco worked well.

Walls could use some cleaning, there were a lot of spots on them in all the areas. Bed was really short even. Air conditioner wasnt working at all. The dryer in the laundry basement wasnt working properly, there was an error message mid-cycle saying it can't drain properly, so had to take all wet hot clothes upstairs and hang them all around the apartment. :(

A spacious apartment, nice view from the balcony. Nice shower and bathroom in general. Late check in was arranged. There is self service laundry room in the basement.

Very basic amenities and clear lack of maintenance: stains on the sofa, naked light bulb on the ceiling, bedside lamp dead, noise 24/24 from the ventilation column. In addition the bed was in fact a sofa-bed with very tired springs and a very thin and worn out mattress. I asked twice for a hair dryer and never got it, although the response was that it would be placed in the room. This is without mentioning the very sad decoration.

The sofa-bed wasn't very comfortable for me, and I didn't expect that there would be no shampoo or shower gel. Luckily, we brought ours,so it wasn't a big deal.

I liked that it was clean ,the little touches about the design, the cutlery that was there, and it helped a lot, the big space in the room . The staff was very polite and professional.
