The only thing we missed was an oven. But that's ok.

1 minute from the beach, restaurants, market, surf school and rental. Spotless clean. Friendly staff. Everything is new and works well. Keep in mind that It actually is a 13 minutes walk to the city center. Which is a very pleasant walk, by the seaside, with kiosks and families walking back and forth, eating crepes and gauffres.

As mentioned, some noise from outside and from the inside boiler. Be aware that the parking is max 1.85 (so the ski box or a high car can not enter). Parking outside is on private terroritory is limited available and not secured. Both (inside and outside) have to be reserved and are not cheap. But parking in Hendaye is everywhere troublesome and mostly paid (same rate), so I strongly recommend reserving.

Almost everything. Especially the view on harbour, around the corner ferry to spain (€ 2.5 pp), beach around the other corner. Relaxed. Spacious for 3 persons. Very good bed. The shower is excellent, although the (huge) boiler makes some noise. Kitchenette well equipped. Some noise in the night from early morning cleaning/traffic and other airco's might you want to close the balcony door in the night.

The location is fab - close to biarritz and San Sebastián for day trips and and an 8 minute boat ride to Spain. Literally a 3 minute walk across the road to a beautiful beach and a really nice pool on the property - best location we have stayed at.

Swimming pool too close to the road

Close to the excellent wide sandy beach (50 m). Very helpful and friendly staff, especially young lady at reception. Well equipped kitchen. Nice restaurants nearby

Needs a few finishing touches, hooks on doors etc. Apartment layout needs working on. Huge table in kitchen impractical with a pull out sofa bed. But other than that a lovely stay

Lovely boutique hotel, highly recommend for families. The apartments are compact but well designed. The balcony was fantastic, we had lovely views of the boats on the water across the way. The pool was clean and quiet and our children had great fun using it daily. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great- 1 minute walk to the beachfront and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We are looking forward to going back! Very relaxed holiday.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable, but not a major problem. Parking is expensive.

Fantastic location. 5 min walk to beach, promenade and 10min to centre. Access to pool and gym. Easy access to water taxi to go to Hondarribia. Decent kitchen and equipment to cook. We will definitely return.

No welcome bottle of water as always found in rooms . We paid £650 for 2 nights for 5 adults & 1 child . Room only … There is 1 bedroom with a bed in it . The other beds are in the kitchen literally nearly touching the oven/fridge . I bed is a single bed under another single bed which you have to pull out. Like in the 80s and the other is a sofa bed , which was not put up into a bed and had no pillows !!!!!. When all of these beds are up there is no room to walk in the room and the table & chairs have to go out on the balcony with the other table and chairs so 2 tables and 10 chairs were on our balcony and no way to get out to it as all the beds out cover the whole room I have pictures to proof this . Obviously there’s no room to use the balcony either. Your suitcases have to stay in the hallway or kitchen leaving no access to the kitchen facilities at all . As for getting dressed in private , that is out of the question unless you get dressed in the small bathroom . We also weren’t given brought toilet roll - so embarrassing. I made a complaint and the manager was supposed to get back to me at 10am he never did he hasn’t contacted us once and neither has Booking.com. I have called booking.com and emailed several times with no response whatsoever . The photographs on the website for this room are not right . I have asked Booking.com to respond but they haven’t .
