Beds were very hard but that is a personal view depending on how you like your bed.

Very convenient and a reasonable price for a ski break.

Sofa/bed was broken upon arrival, was fixed next morning (good!). However, dust and paper wrappings on the floor under the sofa/bed; could have been cleaned better, but again, above standards for Val Thorens where most guests opt to clean themselves before leaving.

The accomodation was above standard for Val Thorens. Suprisingly quiet for such a large place, especially since large groups of youngsters also lodged there. Appartment was small (common for VT), but sufficient for 4 adults. Sofa/bed was adequate.

The rooms aren't very soundproof, so we could hear the elevator go up and down in the shaft.

The room was basically a hostel-style finishing. I think the Nasca wing is an overflow wing for super-peak like Half Term. It is dire and very Cold. Hasn’t seen a refresh in maybe 30 years. Only failing hotel companies have rooms like this. Or “irregular” hotels. We had booked a non-cancellable room for PV Tikal somewhat at last minute. Then got an email from the hotel saying the “non-cancellable” room we’d just booked wasn’t available, but they could put us in a room in their Temple du Soleil across the street. I thought Okay, but I should have asked how the room being substituted in compared to what I had thought we’d booked. It wasn’t at all like the photos shown on Booking.com. Feels like it was a total bait-and-switch. We’d read the various poor reviews, so had pretty low expectations. The luggage storage is a million miles from anyone’s room. There is nowhere other than your room to sit. You can’t go to the restaurant unless you will eat a meal, and there’s no WiFi there. There is no WiFi in the reception. Only in the room. Even then the WiFi is so patchy that you cannot have a Teams call, even with video turned off. I have no kind words. None.

It wasn’t £10k for the week.

On arrival our living room was dirty, carpet had dirty and miscellaneous scraps on it and there was a bing bag in the middle of the kitchen. We accidentally lost a key and they charged us €100, tried to reason with reception about how we accidentally lost it but they didn’t care.

    Great location and budget friendly.

Carpet and furniture are worn and should be replaced The apartment in general needs maintenance we left several days early due to medical reasons but the property declined any refund although they surely rented out the property to another guest, this is very frustrating.

Cheap priced, spacious apartment in a good location plenty of free parking in the summer apartment was reasonably equipped

Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and refused to let us leave luggage in a baggage room for just a few hours after checkout. This had a big impact on our final day in the resort. I have never experienced this anywhere else in Val Thorens or other ski resorts.

Reception was never open except on check in, complained about noisy room next door and nothing was done about it, ski locker was tiny with no seating, no extra pillows available, bed was uncomfortable, spa was a joke - hammam wasn't steamy, jacuzzi was a cheap domestic tub, sauna was cold, changing room was a bench in a toilet with no lockers and the whole place just smelt damp.

Decent sized room for an alpine resort. Kitchen was good with hob, microwave and sink - plenty of cupboards. Bathroom was clean and modern with over bath shower. Tunnel to slopes to ski out and could ski in to 6th floor back door

For this price, I don’t expect to have to make my own bed and clean the kitchen Hotel is a bit old and so is decor and furniture, although it was clean Noisy on some nights from nearby guests. Also smell of cigarettes as it’s allowed to smoke. Spa area is small and located in the gym, so you have people sweating on a threadmill in basically the same room where you’re trying to relax in a jacuzzi Balcony only had one chair and had some snow on it Poor Wi-Fi, it was barely working - download all your entertainment at home!

Excellent location, ski in ski out very convenient. Has everything you need on the doorstep: on -1 floor there is a tunnel you can take to the adjacent Les temples du soleil where there is a shop, restaurant, laundrette, spa and sport equipment shop with ski hire. Was pretty clean, had okay kitchen facilities and our bed was comfy. Spacious locker in ski room which was on the same floor.
