It was a nice quiet street that felt safe and a nice brief walk from the metro station. Liked the opportunity to cook our own food and loved that our room had a bath

1. Mosquitoes in the room, the hotel staff did not changed the room unless we showed them the mosquitoes 2. No one from staff helped take our luggage to the rooms even though we had elderly people 3. The size of the rooms are too small and there are lot of stuff which makes the rooms difficult to move

The furniture in the room is old and only 1 elevator was working.

This is a nice hotel with a good location, close to the metro. The bed is comfortable, snow-white towels and bedding and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I didn't order breakfast as there are many good bakeries nearby. Good value for money.

There was a city tax payable on arrival which we had not expected - this was 48.78 Euros for two people for a 3 night stay. There was a security deposit of 150 Euros payable on arrival which we were aware of beforehand, but this was returned the day after our departure to the same account which was fine.

The room size was adequate for our stay and was clean. We had a balcony view over the rear of the property over the gardens which was really nice. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and very fresh croissants, bread and fruit. There was also eggs and bacon and sausages.

Very nice neighborhood, close to convenience stores like Franprix, Monoprix. 2 mins walk from the T2 tram station which connects La defense ( one of the main station ). In La defense, there are connections to M1 metro, RER A and RER E, grand lines L and U, various buses and Flixbus. The stuff are very helpful and cordial. They helped with all our queries.

The hotel is very close to la Defense Arena and also not far from metro. The room was big and the view was very nice over the little park. The bed is comfy.

We visited in the middle of summer when it was really hot and the air conditioning only worked well in one of the rooms. Thankfully the street noise was quite low at nights considering the busy area and so we were able to leave the window open at night. There is quite a lot of steps to reach the train station so we found arranging a shuttle to and from the airport to be well worth it.

We had two apartments for a family of six (4 adults and 2 children) and there was more than enough space. The apartments were clean and the kitchen area had everything we needed. Location was perfect with the shopping mall and train station only a 20 min walk away and plenty of shops and places to eat out in the other direction as well.
