Overall good value, swimming pool quite busy at times and there was no supermarket at walking distance

Great location, lovely beach hotel very close by. comfortable for a family of 6. Nice swimming pool, not too many amenities in the hotel but the port area around the hotel is very nice and being so close to Collioure it is a great bonus. Breakfast just ok. No eggs nor bacon but good local pastries and bread.

Birds nests in 3 out of 4 corners of the balcony, so it was filthy 30 min after I cleaned the floor, so I gave up. Some under shelf be advisable as I saw that in few other balconies in this estate.

It was located in the port and was lovely area, much quieter than the main beach centre located 10 min by walk.

Liked the room facing the mountains but was a little put off by the building work immediately opposite our balcony. A lot of dust was created

Shower in the bath, not easy with mobility problems, but we didn't request a walk in shower so probably our fault.

Excellent location, shops, bars, restaurants all just a few metres away. Very peaceful. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming.

The strict lists of cleaning tasks given. I have stayed three times now and on each occasion I have left the apartment in good condition - but the list implies for any small oversight you could be charged for cleaning. There is pressure put upon you when you also have to worry of departure planes times et cetera.

The apartment I stayed in on this occasion was exceptional. The view was out of this world.Due to it being off season it was quieter than on other occasions. Had the weather been better it would have been idyllic. A much better choice -I have found - than the hotel rooms in the area.

We were given an appartment right opposite the entrance to a lift, 2nd floor - tried to change the room as I have a hearing problem (opposite of being deaf) I had emailed before to highlight this - staff friendly enough but could not change the room as they were booked out. turns out the lift was not the main one and wasnt too bad in the end.Room 219 had no sun on the balcony what so ever. Room itself and the balcony was spacious enough but both the sofa bed and the main double bed in the bedroom were uncomfortable. With these rooms it states you have to clean the whole room on departure as we were there over 7 days - didnt mind that BUT... the fact that the floor and bathroon sink was absolutely filithy to start with was not nice ..... The person who designed this hotel complex did not take into account placing TV's next to the large sliding door and it counteracted out the so called Sound proofing, TVs blarring most of the time.

Excellent pool and really liked the wind break feature of the shrubs which kept it sheltered when elsewhere it was blowing a gale! The steps into the pool very good and easy to get in and out. Reception staff helpful but their info sheet and local market information for the area was wrong. Very handy location for the marina with a good selection of cafés, resturants, bakery and fresh fish from the fishermen! Racao beach and cliff walks very handy as was the local bus stops.

Apartment light and airy but starting to show it’s age, could do with a deep clean and a lick of paint.

Location superb, right on the port full of small boats. Excellent promenade full of bars, restaurants etc starts at the door and goes on for miles. The town proper is a mile or two away. Plenty of free parking on site; if full loads of free parking a stone’s throw away. Our one bed apartment was a very good size and had all the expected amenities.

We waited 45 mins to be checked in. Will avoid 5pm check-in on a Saturday next time. We loved our apartment for 6 people but the fridge was too small. No English TV - not a problem for us.

Accomodation was basic and in need of some updating including the mattresses.

Good size room with basic facilities. View was good over the pool and it had good access to beaches and restaurants. Pool was clean.

Great location for the port, a little further to the beach. The swimming pool was nice, but a little crowded - best early or at lunchtime. Well supplied kitchen, but not all in logical places. Parking available for free. The balcony was spacious.

Rooms and hotel were perhaps a little dated but everything was functional and worked as required. The garden did contain a dog poo which wasn't cleaned up during our stay. 😐

The pool was great, staff were very helpful. Table tennis and table football available for free. Also board games were available, but not needed due to great weather. Really close to local bakery for a tasty breakfast option

We had a very nice family stay. We had two floor appartament with three rooms, two toilets and two showers, one of them was in parents room - very handy! The living room was huge, in general it feels like we had a lot of empty space, because dinner table is not so big, tv is also tiny. Kitchen is well equipped, you can cook lunch and make coffee. Big terrace was also nice, beds are comfortable. And for 5 persons it was not so expensive, it's good value for money. It was too cold to try, but they also have a swimming pool. They have a tiny library so we borrowed some books for the kid. And walking distance from the sea. And you can reach Collioure in 15 mins by car. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a quite bad experience while swimming in the pool there on the very first day of my holiday. I had a severe allergic reaction to the chlorine in the water and had to be taken by ambulance to Perpignan because it was on a Sunday (18th Sept) and everything was closed for me to receive immediate treatment. I would like to request the ingredients in the chlorine so that my doctor can investigate further why this happened to me with an allergy test. I swim in many different pools and this has never happened to me before. Another negative was the noise level. There are no protections on the chairs so when people in apartments around me moved in their chairs, the sound was very loud. Little chair leg cushions are inexpensive and efficient to stop this noise. The apartment that I was in also needs some updating on cleanliness. It is very dingy. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The apartment was very comfortable, well situated in the area. Beautiful views from the balcony. Close to restaurants and shops.

No hairdryer in the apartment and the emergency and leaving instructions were not in English. Not an issue for me but may be for some.

Lovely apartment and very spacious. Lovely view of the marina and pool. Nothing to dislike. Bed linen of good quality too. Beds were quite comfortable .
