There is often just one lift working which can be annoying as it is a large establishment. I was told that the other lift had been out of service for about a week which is very long.

It’s quiet and close to the shops and city centre. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. WiFi connectivity is excellent.

Cushions on sofa kept moving an exposing metal framework for pull out bed.

Fantastic location near to Lille Europe Station and above shopping centre with various places to eat inside shopping centre. Loved the shower, really relaxing.

No air conditioning or fan in the apartment. The room wasn't ready on time despite the arrival time being confirmed by the property. We then had to wait for 30 minutes in a hot, crowded entrance foyer while lots of other guests were checked in without delay.

Expectations were not too high so really happy with the layout and size of each room and the kitchen area was absolutely fine for hanging out before going out, or even playing cards in the evening. pictures shown on website doesn't quite show how much space there is, thought it would be a bit smaller

During our stay the room didn't get cleaned. No fresh towels or extra toiletpaper. Bring an extra set or ask at reception when you stay multiple nights. The building is 12 stories high....with only 2 elevators. Of which one was broke during our stay. This means during checkin/checkout & diner times, it may take a while (minutes, not hours) to get up or down.....keep that in mind !

We made 2 separate bookings for a total stay of 6 consecutive nights. We went primarily for (central) location (close to train / bus / tram / metro stations) in combination with a reasonable price per night. Cause our days were packed with sightseeing in Lille & nearby Roubaix. All we did in the hotel was sleep, so no need for luxury this time. That is what the hotel offered us. Based on all the reviews we knew we could expect basic facilities. We got one of the smaller studios on the 6th floor. Fine for us. The room was clean, with basic furniture. The bed small but comfortable. We could open one of the windows for fresh air. We didn't use the kitchenette afterall, only the fridge to store our drinks. Euralille shoppingcentre downstairs with a big Carrefour supermarket. Citycentre with all it's restaurants (try one of the "estaminets" with their local dishes) well within walking distance. Suited our needs !

When we enter the room there's a bad smell, most probably from the bathroom this was not nice. Also there was no hair dryer in the room.

Personally, I was not thinking of it. But the manager does their best to compete with other big hotels in Lille. Hotel standard is far above average.

No comments because I didn't bother much about breakfast. Location is fantastic; accessible to the city centre easily on foot, by public transports, ...
