Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesTree droppings on patio outside made the tile floors seem dirty and a bit sticky. Highest toilet I have been on and not anatomically correct (just being honest). I am very tall and could not get my feet on the ground fully when sitting on it. My negatives could not even touch all the positives. It was a beautiful enclave. Glad we stayed here.
I liked the personal touch that Tom offered. Super friendly and was not hesitant to offer and help on whatever we needed. There was a family like atsmosphere throughout the whole "compound". A very nice place that is cleverly comoflouged from the somewhat commercial/industrial surroundings. Industrial sounds terrible but accurate, but it also made it super convenience for groceries, bakeries, pharmacies which were a step away. It is was located just a 10-15 minute walk or so outside of the center of town. The place was well thoughtout because it was super secured with walls around it that were then disguised by lush tropical like trees and shrubs and indigenous vegetation that made it feel like you were in a manicured jungle away from everything and mostly very quiet. Beautiful pool and grassy areas, etc. Super nice commodious kitchen and bedroom. Efficient and Quiet A/C really helped us gain our energy back when it was very hot and we were not feeling so good from a bug we picked up traveling.

Super nice and friendly owner, the whole facility is run with care, love and individual spirit. The apartment is cosy and offers space for 2-4 persons. The swimming pool was already open in March, great.

CanadaOur shower gave us a bit of trouble with the controls and Peter came to our rescue. Would recommend the owners put a new shower on the to do list! It’s looking quite dated and worn.
We had a separate kitchen that was fully stocked with everything you would need. The apartment was comfortable and it was really nice to sit outside on the patio in the evenings. It is a 15 minute walk to the town with all the shopping and restaurants. Peter, our host, was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Lovely pool area! Grocery shopping was 5 minutes away.

United KingdomThe area surrounding the apart hotel is industrial and if you do not have a car, then taxis are few and far between and expensive. No bars or restaurants close by.
We hired 3 apartments as we were attending our Son’s wedding close by. They were clean and comfortable and the swimming pool area and garden were lovely. Although the apartments were full, there was always plenty of room round the pool. Peter was very easygoing and helpful. Aldi and Intermarche close by. Easy walk into St Remy.

AustraliaIt is about a 15-20 min walk to the old town but the trade off was having a large pool to come back to which was great in the heat.

AustraliaThere is nothing not to like. It’s close to the centre of St Remy, close to a great local supermarket, close to a lovely restaurant - Moulin de Sophie, lovely cottage, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed n furnishings, spotlessly clean, well maintained beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Great staff - very friendly and helpful!
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Residence Des Sources is very close to St Remy. My husband walked in every morning n it took him less than 10 minutes to get to the centre of town. The cottage was spacious, very clean and made a cosy home for our 9 day stay. We had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed most breakfasts and some evening meals. It is close to a lovely restaurant Moulin De Sophie which we really enjoyed. The airconditioning in the cottage kept us quietly cool on the hot days and nights and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a bedroom separate from the living area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a fabulous local supermarket close by for super fresh produce of every kind. The grounds of Residence Les Sources are beautifully laid out and provide each cottage with privacy using huge, luscious flowering plants everywhere. The gardens are a joy to be in. The Mimosa tree is particularly spectacular! The pool area is an exotic oasis and is very well maintained - another beautiful space to relax in. The owner and staff are all very friendly and informative. Résidence Les Sources is a fabulous calming and beautiful retreat and we will be back!! Thankyou Tom and Peter. Best wishes, Geraldine Davies

AustraliaLoved the pool area and although the grounds were small, they were beautiful. Our superior room with an extra bedroom was good size (much bigger than the room our family members stayed). Peter was friendly and made us feel very welcome.

AustraliaDifficult finding the actual Ddress as our satnav didn't recognise Zac etc etc and the number. We were lucky to see large board that had all businesses in the immediate location. Shower was running extremely hot which Peter was able to moderate a little.
Location close to the old town. Privacy and gardens, swimming pool, outdoor table and chairs. Very nice leisure room which we did not use. Peter was very helpful on our stay.
