I can’t think of anything negative.

Very clean and spacious for a little studio. It has all you could wish for in a self catering apartment. There is even laundry service.

One downside was lack of lift to upper floors, but we'd asked for 1st floor and could just manage the stairs to our room.

Good location, up off main road, lovely room with big outdoor balcony, lots of parking spaces, opposite bus stops, great breakfasts, owners Nadine & Antoine very helpful and informative about the area, good location for parapenters.

Very nice continental breakfast. Antonie and Nadine were very friendly hosts. We arrived quite late and were delighted to find that there was a pizzeria about 3 minutes walk from the property.

Some may find the location a little quiet however, it was perfect for us and still within walking distance to restaurants.

The lady who met us when we arrived was friendly, helpful and had lots of information about the area. The location was a little quiet however, it was perfect for us. It was peaceful and a great place to unwind for few days. Don't miss out on the pizza from Grano E Orzo, a 2 minute walk from the accommodation, it was fantastic!

Nothing really.

We didn't have the breakfast so can' comment on that. The apartment was clean and had everything you could want. The kitchen area was a little small but was very well equipped and had loads of pots etc. Little touches like leaving some dishwasher capsules, washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, towels etc. made life so much easier. The owners were really helpful and gave a lot of good advice. There was a separate laundry area and for a small charge you could wash and dry your clothes. A nice communal terrace to have a drink or just relax in the sun. There are shops and restaurants in a small village nearby within walking distance. There is a bus stop directly outside which takes you right into the centre of Annecy near the old town. Be prepared though they didn't all take cards when we were there only cash. A great place to stay and we would use it again.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The hosts were really friendly, very helpful with the local area, and their breakfast every morning was excellent. We loved the location, stunning views and a lovely quiet area. Annecy centre which is beautiful was 30 minutes by bus which stopped right outside the hotel or 14 minutes by car. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable and we would stay again in a heartbeat. It’s worth a short drive up the mountain to La Forclaz to see the paragliding take off point. The views are amazing from there and there is a nice restaurant called Le Balcon Du Lac there with amazing views. Very local to the accommodation is the Cascade D’Angon waterfalls which were really enjoyable and there is a river gorge near Annecy called Gorges Du Fier which was definitely worth a visit. Chamonix was just over an hours drive, with cable car ride up Mont Blanc. Plenty to do and see around the area if you’ve hired a car. It was nice to be in a quiet area away from Annecy which was busy and had limited parking. We will definitely stay again

We didn’t find the room plugs behind the bed in the small room with the crawl space until after we left.

The views were stunning and the bus stop was so convenient. We were given great recommendations of places to eat and the people were so friendly.

Incredible place and amazing hosts. Excellent views of Planfait and if you’re a paraglider (like me) this makes for an excellent stay. Very clean, very very polite hosts who couldn’t have done more for me. Would go back in Heartbeat.

the beds and couch were not the most comfortable. The bedding does have a fragrance in case you have a sensitivity.

it is in a great location to reach by bus. there is parking too so you can bring a car. the outdoor balcony has an awning.

Great hosts were brilliant-explained everything we required for our stay, room was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our short stay ,good transport link by bus into annecy, Bus stop is just across the road which we use everyday to get around the lake and other local places to explore. Hotel is situated just by the Annecy cycle path which we also use to get around as we took our bikes. Free parking as we had a car. Did not have breakfast as we were self catering so not going comment but I walk past the dining area breakfast looked good.
