There was mention of a hefty security deposit to be paid. We decided not to let it put us off and none was requested at check-in, so all good. I got the impression that there wasn't much in the vicinity that could be reached on foot.

Easy and straightforward with lots of parking outside. There was a filter coffee machine (but no filters supplied). We did take the opportunity to explore the old town of Nantes and enjoyed the experience.

Was quite a distance from restaurants and many In the area were closed on Friday evening

Very spartan, but as expected for the price. Could do with a few basic extras for the kitchen and bathroom. Quite a distance from town but easy to drive and park in the centre.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Hot room but fans were provided. Friendly staff. Easy access with key card. Can park right outside. Nearby huge supermarket. Very good value for money.

There is no public transport. Nearest bus station is situated 1.5 km. You need to have car or use Taxi. No A/C but you have fan.

Some areas could’ve been cleaner, but we only noticed this as we have 2 toddlers that like crawling into areas you normally wouldn’t notice!

The pictures enhanced the look of the apartment. Not quite as lovely as the pictures but no complaints.

The apartment was adequate for a night stay. It was clean and the apartment was quiet.

The staff were rude. We had late check in and they didn’t write or text directions on how to get keys. We had to other guests to call for us. Then the next day, they rudely made it out like it was our fault that we didn’t get any messages.

There was no hood over the stove in the room. Unfortunately, there were only 2 sets of towels for 4 people. There was no soap in the soap dispenser.

The weather was cold, wet and windy, and the apartment could have been warmer. It was not at all 'cosy', with no soft textures (rugs, cushions, low lighting) except in the bedroom. However, I would still recommend, especially in better weather.

I was upgraded to a one-bedroom rather than a studio, in order to give me a ground floor apartment with my dog... very kind. The space was spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. It's also very easily accessible from the péage.

Couldn't get the lounge heater to work, so it was cold, horrible pillows staff leave at 9pm so couldn't get anything done about the heater.

The location is most suitable if you have transport Normally we stay in the city centres but we decided as it looked close to the tram network we would try it unfortunately the distance to the tram was about 30 minutes a bit too far to walk in a boring industrial estate while on holidays The rain didn't help Ps The lifts were broken, so we had to walk up 3 flights to our room for 3 days.but they consoled us by upgrading our rooms. which was great It is obvious that there are maintenance issues with lots of little things like paint not properly maintained We are fairly flexible, so we weren't that annoyed We have stayed in similar places, but it is just functional, and that's what you pay for no frills and is your typical budget roadside hotel that you stop off while going to somewhere else
