Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and only one bedside table. No Netflix or Chrome-cast. The Bathroom was very tatty. No air on, just a fan.

It was close to the beach front, bars and restaurants. Parking was free and easy to find a space. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room was quite small, especially for 3 people. The property was a little 'tired'. We could not get parking in the property, even though there seemed to be spaces. It was a good stay.

We liked the pool, and the position of the hotel. The staff were very good, especiallt Gabriel, who was very attentive, spoke very good English and extremely helpful. the local reasturants were also good.

It can Be much convenient to have opportunity to pay by card in coffee machine , and not only cash. Property rather old , but very clean and good value for money and location

The room was really small for three person , but it was mentioned in feedbacks . Anyway was very clean and we loved the location. Small kitchenette was very useful , swimming pool , very convenient car park and walking distance beach🏖

The room was a bachelor apartment size, very crammed for 3 people.

The front desk was extremely helpful . The pool was very nice, but cold water. Close to restaurants, stores, beach, 30 min walk into the old town.

It was very close to beach and port with walks along the coast and walks into the vieux port. The swiiming pool was lovely with plenty of sunloungers. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was on site parking and plenty of free parking nearby.

The position, & the pool was a bonus. The free car park opposite. The bars local serving food., the lovely walk into La Rochelle. The apartments was clean & excellent value & well equipped.

Location was great. Easy walk to restaurants, port and beach. Great service into La Rochelle city centre using Yelo sea bus and land bus for just a couple of euros

Rooms are a little dated, the bedside tables worn, rust on the fridge . There are lots of weeds in the garden area, and near the pool.

Great location, pool is a great size. Lovely and relaxing outside areas with plenty of sun loungers . The reception area is beautiful and the staff are fantastic. It has a great sized car park with plenty of spaces.

The furniture was a bit worn down, it was pretty loud at night as it’s not well insulated between the rooms. No proper shower gel / conditioner nor body lotion etc. and the room is super small and the mattress not super comfortable. Needs some renovation.

The location is very good and just a short bike ride away from the old port but offers a great surrounding close to the beach of Minimes.

Our room was somewhat cold and in need of a renovation (the covers of the power sockets were coming out). The room is a bit smaller than our perception from the picture. And be careful with the bathtub as it is a bit slippery.

Great location if you happen to come during the summer (minutes from the beach). Very good value for money. Parking in the premises is a welcome bonus. Above all, the host was responsive and patient over the phone as we could not quite locate the parking entrance when we arrived.

Need to run water for few minutes in order to get warm water from the shower. no lights were on the mirror so you will feel difficulty when you will shave yourself.
