We were in a room behind reception which was close to the road and deliveries were made at 5am to hotel next door which was very disturbing plus the snow ploughs etc were out early.

The location was excellent and close to ski lifts and shops etc.

No sun on the terrace. Dishwater need both salt and rinse aid. Not enough seating possibilities in the living room. The apartment was for 8 people but only one sofa for 2-3 persons + two very small chairs. Drains in bathroom sinks were blocked and water was running out VERY slowly!

Ski-in ski-out was perfect. A lot of space and a nice atmosphere/ambience in apartment. Nice mountain view. Kitchen well equipped.

The rooms were tiny and had very little storage. The bunk room especially was more of a cupboard with beds in.

Nothing. For us personally would be nice to have sauna a bit earlier for example from 15.00

Comfortable bads, couch in living room, very well equipped kitchen, a bad for dog as we asked, two bathrooms and nicely decorated apartment. Was very easy get from apartment to ski room and than to slopes. It was nice to rest in wellness area.

We found it odd that some things that we thought would be essential for a week long stay weren't included in the apartment such as salt, pepper, olive oil, loo roll and bin bags. We were a party of six and initially were only given 4 room keys and told we could have additional keys later in the week which we didn't receive. It seemed like there were often times when the front desk would be unmanned and therefore requests would sometimes be delayed. Towels for the sauna came at an extra charge which was ok but something to be mindful of and the sauna/steam room closed at 7pm (if my memory serves me correctly). Again, something to be mindful of if you catch last lifts.

Location is fantastic - perfect for ski in/out. Rooms and appliances are modern, homey and spacious. Having the swimming pool, steam room and sauna was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Thought it was a lovely touch that there was a complimentary box of Nespresso pods in the apartment - a huge help!!

Great location right near to the main lifts. Accommodation was very clean and well maintained. Pool, sauna and hamman were great, Friendly staff. Lovely lady on reception. Next to Intersport for ski hire.

When they replace the kettles they could buy quieter ones! It was hard to have a cup of tea without waking the kids! There aren’t any radiators (underfloor heating) so if you had soaking ski kit you might struggle. But we were fine even with 5 days in snow. There’s no balcony if you like to have one. The €120 cleaning cost is expensive especially as we had to take out the bins, and strip the beds ourselves. A bakery delivery service would be good. The bakery is close by and excellent.

excellent central location extremely close to restaurants, supermarkets and ski school, but quiet so we slept well. Warm, clean, modern. V warm and clean pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna with view of slopes, warm and clean ski locker room. V friendly receptionist, who spoke v good English. Nicely decorated apartment. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure. Lovely reception area. Smooth check-in. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofa area to watch tv and play card games.

This property was amazing and ticked so many boxes. The location was perfect, it was ski in ski out and right by all the main lifts in Le Lac. Making it easy to get around Tignes and Val D’isere. Also close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, ski rental etc. The apartment itself was superb. Very modern and clean, and spacious living areas. The rooms were a bit small but overall the price we pay is totally reflective in the quality of the space. Finally, the service was excellent. We were always greeted with a smile by the friendly receptionist staff Adele who was superb throughout our stay. Thank you! I would highly recommend Denali as a place to stay and we would definitely come back again

Had to pay extra for towels if you needed any more than supplied and there didn’t seem to be anyone on reception very often.

Great location - near slopes, restaurants, bars and ski bus stop. Good size apartment with views over the mountains. The spa was lovely.

Amazing apartments! Well equipt with everything you could need. Fantastic facilities, with a great boot room pool and saunas facilities which is a real treat. Proper ski-in ski-out location. Underfloor heating and great showers.

For the price, I would have expected hand soap to be provided in the bathrooms, and tea and coffee to be available in the apartment on arrival. A 5pm checkin and 9.30am checkout is also not ideal, and the pool was closed on Saturdays.

Great location and lovely facilities. We had 5 adults and 5 children in a 4 bedroom apartment and it was large and quiet enough for it not to feel crowded at all. The apartments are new and clean, and the spa and pool facilities are lovely.

The hotel has an eco friendly focus which is great, but if they're using eco products they should still ensure bed linen is clean and stain free. Our bed linen had all kinds of marks which didn't make it feel clean at all. The hotel also offers residents to do the after-stay cleaning themselves, instead of paying a 120eur cleaning fee. This again didn't make me trust that our apartment was very clean, generally. The spa can get quite noisy at times - there should be some kind of rule enforced by hotel staff to minimise noise.

Location is great. The apartments are new and well equipped.

Car parking - despite offering free parking we were charged on exit for the whole week and the process to get a refund is not user friendly so we gave up!
