Coffee capsules only provided on the first day. The soap dispensors were empty on the first of seven days and never refilled. The kleenex was also emplied early on and never refilled. Pool towels and dish soap and sponge must be brought from home. The door to the gym was broken so no security and often open to outdoors which let insects in.

Our apartment had its own private parking spot which was great. It was cleaned every day and pretty much fully equiped. It was perfect for taking daytrips around the area in our car. The gym was small but air conditioned, clean and we had it to ourselves! The apartment was practically new inside and the AC worked great (it got up to 106 or 41 outside so this was much appreciated). There is. A Lidl very near and a few shops and restaurants (but NOT recommended without a car).

Aircon made noise even when turned off.

Gym and pool. Spacious family room, well equipped kitchen. The nightwatch let the children play in the pool for half an hour longer.

While the facilities are generally good and well-maintained, unfortunately the room had a strong unpleasant smell, as if it had previously been used as a smoking room. Additionally, our neighbor appears to be smoking cannabis, and the smell is spreading through the corridor and even into our room. This is especially concerning as we are traveling with children, and it significantly impacts the comfort and experience of our stay. We would appreciate if something could be done to address this — either by improving ventilation, enforcing the no-smoking policy more strictly, or offering us an alternative room if available.

The pool could provide towels. We had to use the ones from the room.

Nice and large pool. The staff was extremely helpful and forthcoming. Early check in was possible. Rooms and bathroom were large with everything you need at hand. All in all very good and comfortable.

The hotel is situated on quite a busy rd with quite narrow pavement so walking around the area isnt so peaceful

Location was on the outskirts of the city which i knew in advance but I didn't expect it to be so far.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Room was like a studio apartment and very clean. Some apartments are rented our long term. Overall it was OK but didn't live up to what i was expecting from the photos.

Small garden outside apartment would benefit from a fence to allow dogs / kids to be free and safe.

Accommodation was ideal!! Huge property for 3 adults and 2 dogs ( we booked the 2 story apartment for 5 so that we had separate rooms to sleep in). We stayed for just 1 night. Full cooker with oven ( not just a hob as in most similar accommodation) dishwasher … so no washing up!! Great outdoor space for the dogs. Fab pool!! Bar for a beer/ coffee. Very short walk 5 min walk to a huge Lidl and a patisserie selling fresh bread/ cakes/ croissants etc. coming back again in August!!

We had been travelljng a month around France and it was very good. We liked being able to sit outside for breakfast,park car right up to complex and prepare food.beds comfy too and cleaning staff deserve a lovely comment too.thank you for politeness and cleaning ouf room.

We didn't have a bed prepared for our daughter or a cot for our baby despite requesting it beforehand.

It is located a fair distance outside Toulouse centre, 45 minutes by public transport or a E26 Uber ride. Toulouse has a loe emission zone so to drive in and avoid a fine you might need a special badge (I’m not sure if this applies to foreign vehicles so check first)

You have your own apartment so if you want to cook for yourself you can. The swimming pool was nice and there is a small gym also.

We paid for breakfast for 5 people, but our son was too tired to go and eat at the breakfast dining, , we asked if we can take the food for him at the room but they didn't allow it. I'm a bit disappointed.

I picked my keys past midnight at the front desk. The staff were extremely polite and helped me booking taxis and moving around the city. Breakfast starts at 6AM, it is small but high quality.

Bathrooms are getting old and lack maintenance. But nothing bad for this category.

Clean and spacious accommodation. Great gym and rather nice pool area. Breakfast choices were a bit limited but rather ok. Quite green around the buildings. Nice place for a couple of night stay while on a road trip in the area.
