The 8 person apartment was described as "with mountain view" which it certainly was. Great apartment with exceptional views.

The bar/coffee was only open available at limited times. It would have been nice to have a livelier atmosphere.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was plenty going on in the resort to keep us entertained.

The rooms were very small in the apartment and while adequate left virtually no space to walk around or have any of your stuff out at any time. I felt for a family of 2 adults and 3 children it felt a little claustrophobic. It was good though in general for the costs. If my group were taking this as friends it would be too small, particularly if using the roll out in the lounge. The entertainment and children's provision in the evenings appeared well done, but caters only for French speaking. Not that this was a concern. Felt that that there was perhaps a lack of a quite bar area for adults, with the main lobby/bar being combined.

The towel situation is ridiculous. One towel each for eight nights to be used for daily showering and the pool. We asked if we could exchange for a clean one and they said no, we had to wash them ourselves for €5 or pay €8 for an extra one! We also got one toilet roll for four people for eight nights and no dishcloth was provided for the kitchen. These little things make a big difference to the overall stay.

The staffing on arrival was poor which led to a large line of customers trying to gain access to their rooms/check-in. Took almost an hour in a queue to check in. The locker room / ski boot room was large, but very cramped at peak times due to so many lockers in close proximity. Unable to pass by people due to how cramped it was.

Good location, with other pubs and bars within easy walk. Easy to walk a short distance to the ski lifts, but could just wait for the bus if needed, which was even closer. Clean, smart and modern rooms - well equipped.

Bedrooms small and not enough storage. Beds sheets too small for the beds - nightmare battle every night trying to fit them on the mattresses and end up sleeping on bare mattress. Only one loo for up to 8 people!

Well planned out, friendly staff and great location, especially ski hire etc being a 1 min walk from the property. Shops,restaurants and bars all within walking distance, to include access to the slopes. Fantastic views from the apartment.

It was confusing at first how to get to rooms on the 7th floor as there were different buildings and not all lifts went to all floors, but ok once we worked it out.

Our room was great - on 2nd floor with double balcony. It is a biggish apartment block with not all rooms facing the mountain. Check where you are when you book if you intend to stay in the apartment at all.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast available and order bread and pastries every day from reception to collect.

Terrible logistics: * Breakfast has to be pre-ordered. Despite being told to order by 19:30, I could not order at 19:00 * Reception not well manned through the day * Pool & sauna way too small for the size of resort * Steam room also way too small and was broken Rooms way too small to handled the rated size. For example, our 6-person room could barely handle 3 or 4.

Overall not a bad resort. Well located. Parking.

No toilet paper offered except the first roll when we arrive, The hotel is super big, takes 5minutes walk inside to go out if you are in building C. cleanliness could be better, there’s dusts on surfaces.

Its a large hotel, so it has less of a cozy feel and you cant leave little kids alone (the lobby area for instance is not suitable for them to play though the pictures give that impression). The big ski area is not as nearby as advertised, so a little walk to the main lifts/slopes. Also if you want to have anything extra (such as breakfast, parking, ski material, etc.), do reserve in advance. We were told to be able to arrange breakfast in the hotel, but apparently there was no capacity left when we checked-in and other guests couldnt park anymore due to capacity constraints.

The facilities such as the swimming pool and sauna were nice (though crowded as its a big hotel). You can even book a massage! The rooms were well equiped and quite spacious (for French standards). There is direct access (from the hotel top floor) to one of the ski areas (note this is not the bigger ski area and only has a few lifts/slopes). This is nice for a quick late afternoon ski trip. All facilities you may need are there such as the pool, sauna, bakery service, ski locker, discounted ski equipment rental, evening events, parking garage, etc.

our apartment was at the very back of the property, two lifts and a long corridor to get to it. it would have been very convenient to the vensoc lift (not enough snow for it) had it been open. reception was sometimes quite chaotic, we had paid for an early check in so that was definitely worth it. queues to check in were very long for several hours. toiletries were listed as included with booking but none where supplied, when I asked at reception, we were given the smallest bar of soap and smallest bottle of shower gel for 3 people. we ordered bread for delivery to the hotel, after day one we needed to change order, difference was 80cents (over 4 days) and this was charged to us, when the order was incorrect on the last day, no croissants where available, this was not refunded. charged 5euro for a missing key card, and towels where not changed through the whole week, we asked for a change and were told it would be 4euro for a small and 6euro for a big one, so an extra 30euros to change our towels. our booking was not cheap, and it really felt like they wanted to milk every extra cent out of their customers! swimming pool / steam room / sauna was lovely but much to small for the amount of people staying. sauna was also too cold as kids where popping in and out of it all the time.

Very small first world problem - TV isnt a smart which would be handy to connect to but we rarely watched it anyways it was more used for music

Hotel is beautoful modern and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool is small but decent and warm enough that we swam outside in March during snow The indoor area is a little chilly to sit however and could do with increased temps, sauna was decent also We never tried breakfast but it can be pre ordered each evening Ski lockers are good location and handy for getting in and out apartment was comfortable clean and kitchen was fully equipped for our weeks stay
