This is my second stay when travelling through or stopping off in Bordeaux and I'll be back! The staff are always helpful and friendly. I can get the tram easily from Bordeaux airport and find this place a good base for exploring. It's plain but has what I need: fridge, small hob, comfy bed, kettle. Bring your own tea!

One small nuance - we had a room with the graveyard view together with the city view.

Very good value for money, pictures reflect the reality. Very nice and helpful personal, clean and comfortable room. Around half an hour walk to the city center and very close to the tramway stop.

The staff were so friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our room was not perfectly clean, but clean enough. It was serviced half way through our stay, which was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent, right on the tram line between the airport and the city. There was a beautiful bakery around the corner, and on the Saturday morning there was a lovely little farmer's market in the park nearby. A lovely stay in a great location!

One of my keycards wasn’t working so i had to go to the front desk to get it fixed, and also pick up some towels, as I booked a room for 4 people and there were only 2 sets of towels. The apartment had a kitchenette and some of the plates and cuttlery were a bid dirty so I had to pre-wash before using. The sofa-bed was uncomfortable.

Very unexpensive, the room was clean except for the dishes and cutlery, and there was just enough space to be comfortable. Very practical.

Kitchen limits- little space, no counter/cupboard space nor dish towel. Especially no work space, so I did my work, mostly online, propped up against pillows sitting in bed - very bad for back as I learned!

Being high up w corner room, I’d windows all along both walls. Shape of apt, w bedroom area separate from kitchen by a hallway.

The location was our only issue due only to the near proximity (about 1 km) from the main police station - and quite a few times day and night the sound of noisy cars and bikes with sirens blaring passed the hotel. I dont know whether this happens all the time or there was something unusual happening at the time of our visit. There was no issues with the hotel as such.

We chose the hotel on the criteria of being near the attractions of the city but on a transport (tram) line to the airport for when we were leaving. Check-in was fine, room was good with all the facilities we needed. Place was clean and tidy - and again the window could be open. Staff were helpful.

The room was basic but had everything you need for a short stay. Quiet, very close to a tram stop, the little kitchenette had cooking equipment (small kettle, pots, pans, plates, cutlery) but no oil, salt or pepper etc. Overall a great place to stay for a long weekend if you want to cook some basic meals.

Street outside was too noisy to leave the window open at night (hardly the hotels’s fault). In room A/C was fine but personal preference for “fresh” air.

Room was exactly as you would expect for the price, basic, but perfectly acceptable and clean. A little over ten minutes by tram to town centre and practically on the direct tram line for the airport (far enough away that noise is not an issue).

Good sized b/room and shower BUT a slight smell of drains, a curse of so many hotels on france!

Good location. Comfortable, quiet room. Efficient a/c and good hot water. Didn’t use much but liked kitchenette with fridge and d/washer. Parking was easier than expected.

We stayed 7 days but had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper, but did get these as soon as we requested. the rooms are a little tired but on the whole clean but just needs a refresh. The floors were pretty dusty.

good value for money - everything worked and the bed was comfortable. There was no hairdryer in the room but I merely asked at reception and one was in my room on our return. The air con went off on 2 times in our 7 days stay but again told reception and was working on our return. The breakfast was good value for money compared to the city centre offerings and was quite comprehensive. (cold buffet). the location felt safe and only a 4 min walk to the tram stop to travel into the city centre or to the airport. Good view from our 6th floor room. Staff were friendly and helpful. it was all good!
