Ski in, yes. Ski out, definitely not. Decor is also a bit tired.

Well located and good size apartments. This was our second visit and we have had small and large apartments. Both were excellent. Ski lockers are heated and there is a good size parking garage.

My only complaint is that the heating is not controlled in the apartment , it’s set at 17 degrees and is too cold , our bedroom was far to cold

One bedroom was quite large and could have been divided into two. This would have given more comfort and privacy as now, one of us had to sleep in the living room.

Superb property, very spacious, modern and clean. Staff really helpful. We stayed in apt 30, 3 large ensuite bedrooms. Small washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided. Nespresso coffee machine. 3 min walk to maison de Tignes and the palafour lift. Organised My Tignes cards for us. Will try to book again next time we visit.

Some noisy neighbours (definitely not the fault of the hotel). Jacuzzi wasn't working in room and the pool and sauna required a trip to another hotel.

Large apartment

Location was good if you can ski in and out but as our children were beginners they were unable to do that. So although it wasn't far to walk to the ski lifts in normal shoes, it was a bit of a trek up and down the hill in ski boots with skis etc. However, we found out we could store our skis for 10€ per pair of skis / boots per week at our ski rental shop so we did that and this made for a much more enjoyable stay and less painful shins! Given the price of the accommodation was so reasonable for everything you get I thought this was totally worth it and we were more than happy to pay a bit extra for that.

Secure free underground parking below the apartment was very handy. The space was great for a family of 4. Bedrooms were compact but absolutely fine as they had good storage. We managed to cook a number of meals in the small kitchen. Sofa and living space was perfect for relaxing in at the end of the day. Excellent, spacious ski locker storage. Great to have free use of their partner hotel for swimming and sauna etc. Handy location for ski in, ski out, and good to have a spa for food and provisions about a 5 min walk away.

the soundproofing was not good. noise from common areas could be heard very easily in bedrooms

Genuinely lovely and spacious apartment. We knew when we booked that this particular apartment did not have a balcony but we were surprised how much we missed one- our fault not the apartment or description but that would be the only thing we would change when we next book.

We had a small room with a bunk bed in which made it a squeeze when trying to access your suitcase. An additional chopping board and a sharp knife would be nice for the kitchen.

Rooms were mostly well sized, comfortable and warm. Had a good kitchen for preparing your own food which is very good with the prices in Tignes. Ski lockers were good and staff were friendly and helpful.

only one thing we didn’t have a cooker only a job and microwave so made cooking meals harder. Only thing that could be improved.

restrictions on the sauna usage to 5-7pm each day, this means if you would like to use this facility you have to plan your day around it. I would suggest giving each apartment at least the options of using it for the period they wish to each day and maybe set a max usage limit per day to say 3 hours (whilst energy bills are high)

Access to slopes not easy.

My car was parked in the wrong place but before we could do anything about it we were blocked by another vehicle. Throughout our stay our car was then vandalised by people working at the hotel. It was scratched throughout, the wing mirrors were snapped and the rear wiper was removed. The cost of this is in the £1000's. Reception was hardly manned so the problem was difficult to resolve. It was only on the journey home that the issues with the car were noticed so no action has been taken. The cost of the stay was not justified by the standard of the accommodation or the service received.

The location of the chalet is good, the facilities in the room are good (kitchen appliances etc), the apartment was large and ideal for two families (9 people).

There was no basic necessities such as hand soap, salt, cleaning rags and toiletpaper etc. Every quest must by own salts etc, which could be left by previous stayers. Drains in the bathrooms would be nice. There was no room or racks to dry the clothes after a day skiing. Dish washer was bad.

Spa and hammam was good. Location and ski storage were excellent. The view was great.
