The notice telling guests to wash their dishes and empty the dustbin under threat of a fine.

At first, I was shocked by the outward appearance which is mire like a prison cell block but the interior of the room was quite OK. It is not a high end hotel by any means but the price was right. The neighborhood was very dodgy but that can be said for the whole of central Avignon these days. Having to pay a "breakage deposit" was a first for me but the reception were very polite about it. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk ftom the old city and 30 minutes from the papal palace.

- Towels smelt like curry - Very small amount of shower gel - All dishes smelt like egg, including the dish washing liquid and sponge provided - Bed sunk in but not that bad - Linen makes you sweat, so make sure you have fan on or window open for comfort

Stayed in one of the apartments that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay 1 nights stay. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and bedroom combined in one space, while the bathroom was separate, which was convenient. The kitchen had all the essentials, including a stove top, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery—perfect for preparing meals. A kettle with tea and coffee was also provided. If you need a hairdryer, you have to request it from reception, free of charge. There was also a fan in the room, an extra blanket in the cupboard, and hangers for clothes. The bathroom was clean and came with toilet paper and a small bottle of shower gel, though we preferred to use our own products. Towels and bedside lamps were also provided. The room even had a broom and duster to keep things tidy. The property offers private parking at the back of the building, which was a great plus. Checking in was smooth—upon arrival, we went to reception, where we were given a key and an envelope with all the necessary information in our language. Samuel, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. A €50 damage deposit is required at check-in, which you get back if there’s no damage. For check-out, if you leave before the official time, you can simply drop your key in the box at the parking gate. Overall, a good experience with a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend!

The location- reaching the old town without a car could be difficult. There are some homeless people in the neighbourhood what gives a not comfortable sensation No air conditioner- extremely hot night. They give you so many rules that it seems they are making a favor in hosting you - not friendly.

It is a gated community and it would have been helpful to have photos of the entrance to know exactly where to go to gain entry.

Ideal apartment for one night stay in Avignon. Residence is in close area witl limited access approx 15min far from city center. Personal ves very kind and helpfull. Parking was inside the area. Apartment was clean.

Terrible area, very dirty, garbage and dubious characters everywhere. Pay attention to the fact that you need to make a deposit of 50 €, it is returned but without it you can only move in until 19.00.

We were travelling in June and the room was very hot. The reception is not open during hours you would expect (check before booking) which makes communication with the reception slightly harder. They charge deposit of 100€ which they state in booking conditions but I find it ridiculously high, we weren't charged anything but I still think that it isn't necessary. They for example expect you to take our all rubbish otherwise they charge a fine.

The apartment was spacious and clean with modern installations. Check in was possible even outside hours of the reception.

See above. No real reason to dis any aspect but I don't think we would return. The building site next door starting up at 6 am didn't enamor us to the place.

Very well organised clean and efficient though souless. Travelodgesque. Limited access times into a gated community which felt a bit uneasy. Difficult to put a finger on it but a fight breaking out at the gate made us uneasy. Easy walk into Avignon which is lovely.

We arrived when the reception was open and there were no problems with parking or keys. The room was as expected. The room had a kitchen (kettle, microwave, dishes), the stove did not work. The room was quite large, with heating (good for winter, not sure about summer). Parking is ok. Where is the launderette located in the building. The location is ok - about 20 minutes walk to the center, 10 minutes to the supermarket.

Sadly someone walked into our room at 9.45am when we were still in bed. We just got an apology from the desk and nothing more; not acceptable!

Convenient apartment with ground parking place in a gated community. Pretty close to supermarket and bakery. Not so close to the old town but in a short driving distance there is a free parking with free local minibuses taking you to the center. The city itself worth seeing. We used Avignon as a base for exploring Provence. The choice was perfect.

Location in quiet place but within walking distance to old Avinion. Room was big with kitchen annex fully equipped with cutleware, dishes, etc allowing to prepare meals. Free private parking within the hotel area.
