We stayed in a 2 bedroom lodge with just 2 adults. Double room as very small, one side of the bed only has enough room for my size 4 feet ! So unless you happy To stunt roll out of bed then it can be challenging. We used the spare bunk room to put our suitcases in. But not sure where you could store if you had more and if room was being used. We used the messaging service through booking.com for queries and didn’t get either of them resolved. There is absolutely nothing in the lodge apart from cutlery, plates, glasses. Mugs and Pots and pans. There is no extras like loo roll, washing up liquid or cloths or tea towel. So bring what you can.

Location is amazing. Access right to the beach with loads of restaurants to choose from either in the beach or in Port Grimaud.

The shower gets terribly hot on one side regardless of the overall temp and we found it a little dangerous for our 4 year old as we discovered this from my husband burning himself whilst showering

house very small - almost no place to keep luggage - you have unpack and store in car trunk. quite long distance to the pool, food in most 2 out of 3 restaurants heavily overpriced. The road next to camp site is very busy, and you can often hear loud sirens

The Comfort Mobile Home was very small, could barely walk round the bed.

Location and swimming pool. It felt like a little village with everything you could need. Bikes were great too.

Checking in was very clumsy Had to wait an extra hour and wasn't allowed a later check out to accommodate. (Check out was 10am but a representative arrived to check l our van at 9.30am) Extremely expensive for the accommodation provided plus extra costs for bed linen. Felt very unwelcome and the van check post stay was most unpleasant.

I was so stressed that we would get charged the €70 cleaning fee if I took the shower. There were no cleaning products, nor cloths, so I did not even have a shower. It turned out to be totally different - we could have taken a shower and they still did a cleaning after our stay, but we were not charged. So it was not entirely clear to me what was the cleaning fee they mentioned in their message after the booking was confirmed.

There was some miscommunication with the staff about the parking and cleaning fee. It would have been much clearer if they would have communicated clearer all the rules and requirements in the listing not after the non-refundable booking.

So, the amount on the online, is just part of your payment, you have to pay €18 for each duvet, €7 for each towels, €250 deposit, and €85 for clean after you want to leave! I’m not agree with payment for Towels and Duvet! And €85 cleanings fee for small cabin quite too much!

Everything, Its the best, prettiest, amazing, safe, beautifull and stunning Park ever!!!!!!!We are with a family of 5 , 3 teenagers. We traveled for 3 weeks in France and went to 7 campings, this one was the most amazing and the best!!!!!!!They have employees to clean the whole park, the whole day, to even make the ways sand free.Supermarket is very big and everything you want!We stayed for one night to end the vacation here.I would recommend 100%!!!!

The beds were not set for us when we got there- we had no linen for the first night!! Staff were not that friendly in their response to a message. Overly priced on Booking.com compared to their website.

Unlike during my previous stays at this resort sufficient numbers of other holidaymakers did not respect the late night noise restriction. It wasn’t enough to spoil the holiday but it was a nuisance having to wait until well after midnight for some pitches to settle down.

Quality of the accommodation was first class. The resort and its beach are excellent.

The accommodation was very tired and old, it had a few issues (most of these were sorted) - The water was not great, we were unable to get a good shower at any point during the week, it was either scalding hot (occassionally) or freezing cold (most of the time)

It was very central on the site which made it really easy to reach all parts of the complex. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a few issues and they sorted them quite quickly. This accommodation was run by a small family who made us welcome.

Duvet & ‘sofa’ covers were grubby (complained & were replaced). Toilet area/room so small you banged/bruised elbows. Could not put suitcase anywhere, black hairs on beds & pillows. The ‘sofa’ mattress was thin & had hairs all over it. Ants crawling in the shower room (reported & problem solved). The cheap sofa was uncomfortable to sit on, rock hard & could feel the springs. Generally unclean & poorly maintained. Would not stay in this accommodation again.
