My primary concern lies with the independent configuration of the toilet, which is not directly connected to the main bathroom. This arrangement raises hygiene considerations. Furthermore, we have identified the presence of cockroaches within the toilet area.

Respectfully, the beds should be replaced. They have beautiful linen but the beds are well worn in the middle and the king bed has a big hump in the middle. A five star hotel needs comfortable beds. My three family members all had trouble sleeping.

Loved the staff and the location! Amazing center to explore the beautiful Strasbourg! The staff are so lovely and willing to help with any request. One young staffer helped us add an extra day when our plans had changed.

Reception a bit cold on arrival and departure. Not a warm feeling. Room refresh was just as we returned from day out at 4pm and cleaner unhappy we needed time to change.

Good location but google maps is too slow for the quick turns. Clean room and hot tub with a pleasant view. Car parking staff friendly and helpful.

The hairdryer was behind a mirror in the bathroom and was only labeled in a small way which we did not see. We went to dinner with wet hair.

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower in our room as it was just a shower head in the bath. Women need to stand up in the shower to wash their hair!!

We had a spacious room full of character and a good view. The room included a staircase (but steep though!) up to a separate bed for our daughter. The hotel’s breakfast was excellent, everywhere was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The only suggestion I can come up with is that the toilet door could have a lock of some kind. My granddaughter is a 'visitor' to us and it was a little nerve wracking trying to keep her out whilst mother nature called. Not a biggie. For other travelers - be attentive to the message the hotel send to get you access through the pedestrian streets if you have a car. It is a little tough to get to initially.

We stayed here toward the end of our France and Switzerland tour, so had relatively low expectations, but the hotel was excellent in almost every aspect. Room size was great. We may have had two of the best locations in the building, overlooking the water. Modern renovations, great shower, nice size cupboards. Very helpful staff. I personally lucked out because one of the pillows they had was seriously good and possibly my new go to, if i can get a couple delivered to the US. Breakfast was excellent, on a gorgeous terrace location. Location is perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants. We did not get to taste the main restaurant experience, a little pricey for our budget at the end of the vacation and with 3 small children.
