Location to ferry and Saint Malo itself. We were using it just for overnight accommodation but it is very well equipped for a holiday, including fans for all rooms which was very welcome in the hot weather this summer.

Previous reviewers picked up on lift not working but it was fully working for our stay. We do not have any complaints to, only compliments.

The location, ease of parking. We picked it because of its location to the ferry home but actually we would book this again for a holiday. Would say that photos online do not do the Appartment justice. It is much better than its online promo pictures.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The view from the windows is outstanding. I also really liked the location — it's within walking distance of the old town and very close to the beach. The host was super nice, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this place!

This is a lovely apartment in a great location with lovely views. It is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. If you are visiting the area we would definitely recommend this apartment. We would definitely book it again in the future.

It was not a negative for us - but the lift is out of order (which is not the fault of the host). For some, it may be difficult to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

The apartment is in a great location and very close to a wide range of cafes and restaurants (can recommend La Cale - Solidor). The apartment is perfectly set up for either 2 singles, a couple or two couples, with 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. It is spacious and light, with great decor, and being on a corner has numerous windows with great views. It is fitted with all the amenities you need - wish we could have stayed longer.

Lots of stairs, so if you've got bad knees take it slowly.

Super apartment. Fantastic views. Well kitted out. Brilliant location--although I suspect it would be very crowded in August. Interesting shopping street ten minutes away and only a 40-minute walk into Saint Malo. Parking was easy (but see point about August!).

We had a lovely stay in this apartment near Solidor which has a fantastic view over the bay. Timely and easy instructions for getting the keys. Plenty of free parking available on the street. Several good restaurants to choose from in the neighbourhood. It's a short walk to the intra-muros part of Saint-Malo for a day of sightseeing. I'd book this place again if I'd go back to Saint-Malo.

Beautiful views of the sea and castle, it is in a gorgeous location in a quieter part of the city! It was well-equipped with a coffee machine and coffee pods, a kettle, cooking utensils and a washing machine. The heating was great, and it was also nice to be able to have a bath! It was so calm and I loved hearing the sound of the waves. The owner sent clear instructions about how to access the property. The WiFi worked well and it was the perfect location to work from home. Highly recommended!

The apartment was on the 3rd floor but we had been advised there was an elevator. On arrival we found it was not working and in fact had been broken since 2022... As a result, we were very disappointed as it was a huge challenge to carry all our luggage upstairs AND also very difficult for my 85 year old mother to walk up and down the stairs.

The apartment was excellent - beautifully fitted with wonderful furniture, comfortable bathroom - with all you need such as shampoo, soap, etc and a well stocked kitchen. The views of the port from the upper windows was wonderful. It was lovely to visit the nearby market and town AND a longer trip to visit Mont St Michel.
