The "spa" is very modest. While we paid full price for the breakfast, at the beginning they did not offer omelette and/or espresso coffee. . The lady was quite aggressive and not polite. . She did not allow us to have more than one espresso...

Room are large and well equipped. Good ski in ski out but only for good skiers.

Food in the restaurant was not great.

Les Menuires is a pleasant small resort, not much nightlife but good for families. Val Thorens is good for apre-ski. The hotel is very nice, not super luxurious but we liked the pool for a swim. Good value hotel.

Our apartment was very nice and rather spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the showers were also great. Ski room locker felt a bit too small to fit 2 adult sets and 3 children sets but that didn’t bother us too much. The residence itself is located just by the slopes, so even in low snow conditions we had an almost ski-in-ski-out experience.

Takes around 8-10mins walk to town center. Quite basic although spacious room but no towels or cleaning service for the 5nights we stayed (although they did message after booking there will be no cleaning service provided). However for price paid (Eur250/night), didn’t expect to have to ensure kitchen cleaned and dishes put away & trash taken out on check out day otherwise get charged for cleaning service.

Proximity to Reberty chairlift. Although not much snow this time of the year so not 100% ski in.

Cleaning was not great, sink was not properly functioning. The rule that if you don’t clean the kitchen, you will have a fine seems a bit ridiculous for this level / prices of hotel.

Perfect ski in & out location, very easy to get to all slopes. Excellent spa with large pool and two saunas. Very nice staff at the reception and restaurant. Free parking right next to hotel.

The so called SPA. Too cold ambiental temperature, and dry sauna not reaching above 60° Celsius. That should reach up to 80-90°! Bad joke of a sauna. The wet sauna/hamam also too cold, not enough steam. Also, the feet cleaning basin at the entrance of the spa had a very dirty water. Grose, as you cannot overpass it, so you need to soke your feet in that filth. Overall cleanliness and maintenance of the SPA is extremely poor and though, very dissapointing.

The location for ski is just great! Ski-in / ski out directly to and from the ski room of the hotel is perfect! Very close to Bruyere area center, supermarket, ski rentals, shops and restaurants. You just use a two steps away elevator and you are there. Very friendly staff.

The central heating was out of our control and was a bit low, though reception staff did say they would boost it for our apartment when we mentioned it.

Great location - close to Les Bruyeres restaurants and shops, ski in / ski out, free shuttle bus to Val Thorens and La Croisette, Les Menuires). Friendly and helpful staff. Clean spa facilities in great condition. Sauna and swimming pool were great. Comfortable bedding and a small but well-equipped kitchen.

Nowhere to hang coats etc in hallway. If bunks had been used then nowhere to store luggage or clothes. No dryer for ski boots in lockers. Spa pool was cold.

Great location, lovely hotel and bar area. Easy access to restaurants and ski lifts. Lovely size room for 4 people.

We were surprised that for a 4 star facility there was no concierge or staff able to help with the suitcases. Some of the staff were not very friendly. The hotel would benefit from a standardized staff training program and oversight.

Great location with ski-out/ski-in facilities. Nice spa area and lobby lounge with open fire.

The hotel is great overall, but I have a few minor complaints: The hotel management team seems to assume that all guests are frequent skiers to Les Menuires, and does not consider that some guests may be visiting for the first time. This led to a few problems: In the several email communications we had before arriving at the hotel, the hotel did not explain how to get from Les Menuires station to the hotel. We mistakenly thought it was within walking distance, but it actually requires a transfer on the free shuttle bus line B. This information should be proactively communicated in emails. The hotel did not inform us that there are multiple public elevators in the small village of Les Bruyères, which guests can use to reach certain places. I believe these are all common knowledge for regular guests, but the Alps cannot only serve regular guests. There will always be new guests arriving every year. The hotel mentioned in an email that it would offer a 20% discount on Intersport, which is higher than the discount on the store's official website. So I didn't book online in advance, but when I arrived at the store, I found that the 20% price was much more expensive than booking online in advance with a 10% discount.

The location is excellent, with ski-in/ski-out access and easy walking distance to the center of the village via a public elevator. The hotel also has a heated locker room where guests can conveniently store their ski equipment each day, eliminating the need to bring it back to their rooms.

Room was quite dark. I can’t quite imagine wanting to spend time in the lounge/on the balcony as it was all rather depressing with its purple plastic sofa and not much light.

I really didn't like the coffee machine as it hardly worked properly and we had to buy capsules for it at reception for £1 each. Not sure why this has been done like this but for a 4 star hotel I don't think it's excaptable!

Ski in and ski out hotel and very nice spa. The hotel restaurants food presented us with very nice dinners. Also the hotel has very easy access to shops and restaurants.

Ski room does not have heating in the lockers so our ski gear was wet and cold in the morning. Not enough hooks to hang towels of 4 people in the room so the living room looked like a laundry room. No cutting board in the kitchen. Lacked instructions to operate the microwave/oven combo. A jaccuzzi whirpool would have been nice instead of the cold pool.

The apartment was well appointed, with a small kitchen. Plenty of electrical sockets. Location was pretty good. We had a nice balcony with a view of Les Menuires. Access to the three vallees ski area was easy, with real ski-in/ski-out. Free parking was always available. Hammam room was nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
