The sauna had to be paid for after 1600hrs when it should be free, along with having to make appointments....went down one day after arranging an appointment and the sauna was not working neither was the steam room. When on holiday should just go when you feel like it.

The sauna was set at 50 degrees, this is far too low. We needed to be in the main building rather than the Annex due to having a person with a disability. The staff did let us have a ski looker in the main building which was helpful.

The kitchen in the apartment isn’t all that great, there is a lack of surface area and storage space. Even cutlery is stored in a tray in the under sink cupboard as there is no where logical for it to go. Not having a proper oven limits convenient self catering meal options and given the lack of a good resort shop not supplying any hand soap for arrivals is a bit mean. I like a firm bed, but the bed here is so firm I struggled to sleep. The opening times for the pool are a bit limited which was a shame.

Friendly staff who were available to help. I arranged Ski hire with them and we made good use of the option to order fresh bread and pastries via reception in the mornings. Great to have a pool within the apartment. The location couldn’t really be better being close to the ski lift, ski school, hire shops and bars. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the resort and the wonderful mountain scenery. The apartment felt clean and the lounge area was comfortable. I think because of the location the apartment is value for money and overall I would recommend a stay here.

Reception often shut which was a problem when trying to book the spa etc. No-one to help when we had a problem, not even a number to call. Before we arrived, no response to emails to the property, tried several times but no reply. Would have been nice to have some larger drinking glasses in the apartment, only tiny ones. Boot room was very basic, no shelves or hooks in our locker, so not easy to store multiple pairs of boots - had to pile everything on top of one another. Would have been good to have a proper oven rather than a microwave/grill.

Nice apartment, quite spacious. Huge balcony with nice view. Very close to the slopes and shops etc. Convenient underground parking. Friendly staff. Nice pool and spa.

No Bar in hotel, Reception not manned all day and can get quite busy when it does open.

Excellent location for the slopes With everything you need nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are just perfect for ski families and have everything you need to self cater if you wish. Lovely balcony with a great view. Daily bakery order was amazing, fresh breads and croissants every morning.

We asked Reception several times to replace the coffee machine which needed descaling. Our requests in person fell on deaf ears even though several separate receptionists said the problem would be fixed same day. We gave up in the end!
