The guys obviously don't care about their raiting. Showering was difficult as the sink hole cover was broken. Water would keep running every other time after flushing the toilet The door to the balcony would not close and if closed would not open. No ac although this was known and there is a fan, but gets difficult in hot weather. Wifi is slow and problematic and every day needs reregistering. Overall the price is kind of cheaper but I would recommend considering other places to stay especially in summer time.

Location is really great. There was a fan allowing you to survive right in the heatwave given no aircon.

The bathtowel I had in my room had stain on it (probably just couldn't be removed in regular wash) but this was quickly corrected. I could go to the front desk even late at night and they found me some clean replacement.

Great location close to the train station. I also walked to most of the touristy area. The price was fair for a decent single room. There was a small balcony for fresh air. Room was warm in the winter.

Great location, a few steps from the railway station and short walk to place Stanislas. Nice small quiet room, facing back as requested. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible, there was nothing to eat if not very old frozen croissants and two slices of ham which looked old too. All of this in a super tiny basement with no window. It would be honestly more fair if you just don’t offer such option.

The room was very spacious and clean. Position quite central but unfortunately due to several construction works around the square the road was obstructed.

I personally had no complaints with it. But there are some people who may find issues with older elevator being a bit small, and slow.

Beds were comfortable. Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful; good to help us out, at a time there were a limited amount of hotel space in Nancy.

The room was ok but a bit old fashioned, a new decoration should be done. The negative point is the cleaning, bathroom and toilets are ok but there was a lot of dust under each bed. I haven't used it but the second bed looks not really comfortable. Keep in mind the price was really low so it's ok but it could be improved.

Big room with view on the city. The personal of the hotel was really nice and available.

We couldn't figure out the elevator, so we had to walk up 3 stories. With the windows open it's just a noisy spot. But I imagine most areas are like this with the nightlife in Nancy.

The hotel staff was very nice and recommended some great entertainment for the evening. He was funny and made the start of our stay very welcoming after a bad travel experience. The room was clean and had what we needed. Breakfast down in the catacombs was good and was easy to grab food before we continued on with out next stop. The fan provided in the room helped the compfort of sleeping. It's June and getting hot.
