    Kind of new hotel, spacious room and walking shower. The receptionist that made the first check in was helpful and nice. Even though the manager of the shift when we arrived was polite, he did no offer correct information(I do not know if he lied to make us stay or he was misinformed) about breakfast and plug-in heater, he offered some solutions (that did not work) but at least he tried, so I appreciate his effort. Maybe he was new. And the day after called me to find out about my staying and to tell me that they did not find plug in heater in the electronics store because it is not the season (I think he was misguided because we enter a electronics store and it was on the first row with promotion)

    The shift manager told me before making the check in that will provide a plug in heater due to the fact that outside there were 16 degrees and raining and in the room there were 20 degreees. They refused to turn on the heating due to the fact that we were the only 3 guest requesting it which is unacceptable in a 4 star hotel. For breakfast at first before check in we were told that there will be omlette made on the spot but only on Saturday because on Sunday there are too many guest and they can not handle it (white with vegetables inside or custom, made) but in the morning the lady from the breakfast told us that there is no such thing, only buffet no open kitchen, so we had to go out to take breakfast. Also during the night the rotational door is closed so you have to call to be able to enter. After calling the receptionist was seeing through the windows that I was full of baggage barely moving instead of opening the door and helping me he was making signs to go to the interphone which was outside to tell him the room number, which I found being unprofessional and impolite. If you follow treatment or have dietary problems or you are on the way of catching a cold or you have back problems unfortunately there was no one there to help you.

    Breakfast was not available! A private party had reserved the room.

    Poor directions from front desk.

    Lovely large, quiet air conditioned room with a huge and comfortable bed. Gorgeous toiletries. The front of house staff were unbelievably good - kind, informative, knowledgeable, and fun to chat to. Really enjoyed their vibe.

    While front of house here is amazing, the back of house stuff is disorganised. We couldn't get the room cleaned, the water fountain was totally broken, and it was very difficult to find people to report these things to.

    Nice and clean hotel located at train station. The front desk staff were always very helpful and friendly!

    Construction on streets outside hotel. While we didn’t hear the noise, maneuvering around the construction was a little confusing.

    The location was convenient for what we were doing - which was just to stay the night, rent a car from Hertz at Gare De Lyon Part Dieu the next morning and drive up to the Beaujolais region. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

    There wasn't anything we didn't like to be honest.

    superb location, right next to the train station! Hotel is very new!

    The bathroom sometimes smells pf sewage, and the public toilet is not regularly cleaned.

    the hotel is right outside the train station so i didn't have to lug my suitcase far, modern interior design, very friendly & helpful staff, the room was huge, beds & pillows were comfortable, the products are clarins, the shower was strong & the room was perfectly cold for my visit in mid-august, complimentary buffet breakfast w/c had a wide selection from eggs & bacon to the usual continental items. another plus is that westfield mall is across the hotel & a few blocks away is the pb food hall

    the separated bathroom was the only thing i didn't like: the toilet is separate from the shower so i had to keep going back & forth to wash my hands.

    Right next to station, very clean and quiet

    The room we had only had a shower/bath that required a big step over - would prefer a separate shower - could be because it was part of connected rooms

    I liked that. It was very well positioned right near the train station. It has a potential to be a very nice property. There was a stunning dining area. And the overall feel was really modern and nice.

    Even though booking a twin bedded room months in advance on arrival, we were given a queen room. The resolution from staff immediately was not sufficient. They offered a room with a double bed and a sofa bed now after 36 odd hours of travelling no one wants to be sleeping on a sofa bed. I found them not really proactive to come up with their own solution to the problem so I had to give them solutions. They did eventually honour the solution, but I feel that they should be proactively coming up with that. When I said a sofa bed is not a solution they said it is an upgraded room now again I don’t care about the category of the room. That’s not what’s important. It’s about the comfort after long travel. They didn’t told us it was going to be another half an hour wait while they went to a different room and split the beds into twins. Which was fine but again I had to come up with a solution of let us go into the room have a shower and freshen up then we can go get dinner and go to bed. Mind you this is all about 830 at night. Then when we arrive down to get something to eat the service was very friendly. However there was a reasonable weight and I was given the wrong mistake I was given the steak of the gentleman sitting at a table next to me. They then asked if we’d want to swap however we had both eaten a piece of the steak. Which again and inadequate suggestion. Within finally got all of that resolved which was fine. Oh no I can tell it is a newer property and the staff maybe aren’t quite in the flow yet and I’m optimistic given the chain and their reputation that this will all be ironed out but it wasn’t a great experience especially after a long trip and an exhausting day and a half.
