Staff very friendly. We were upgraded to a lake view room and treated to drinks and dessert for our anniversary. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was always busy and the staff seemed overworked. I would suggest you go down early for breakfast.

The menu had no vegan options so we weren't able to eat at the hotel. The breakfast wasn't clearly labelled - no allergens. The self serving hot food definitely had serving spoons being used for both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. A salad bar would have been a good addition to the buffet. Some of the plates were a little dirty too.

The reception area and staff were a lovely welcome. Pur stay was very comfortable and we felt well taken care of.

Pool very busy, noisy and a bit messy. We chi Ose the location yo get quickly to the airport in the morning, I am sure there are nicer locations if your goal is to explore Bordeaux

Loved the connecting rooms for my kids and my husband and me. Very comfortable stay overall, we were there for 1 night only. Considering we had 2 rooms, the price was decent.

Air con in one of our rooms was not working and on a very hot day this was very disappointing.

Very clean, presentable. Siri (unsure on the spelling of his name) the guy behind the bar was fantastic, he was working on his own in a very busy bar whilst 3 / 4 other team members were sitting down whilst he was rushing around trying to serve everyone in the bar. Room great size and was a great stopping point for our trip.

No service most days at the bar by the pool and yet it was July. Not really possible to walk anywhere particularly nice immediately outside the property with just the lake and then quite a lot of roads.

The staff in the hotel here were all very attentive and with a great focus on customer service. The pool was a great area to chill out at the end of the day. Excellent location for a tram stop into the city. It was immediately outside the hotel but the hotel was very quiet.

Showers and toilet facilities on pool level were certainly not 4*. Bar closed very early. Breakfast expensive.

We had room only booking and felt €25 per person seemed a lot breakfast as we only usually have coffee and a pastry. An option to offer a smaller breakfast would have been nice.

Our stay was 1st class. Our room very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The main lobby had a bar and was a comfortable place to relax. We ate at the restaurant twice. Both meals were very good although the menu was limited. The pool was a great place to relax. The tram into town is located right outside the hotel and was invaluable for getting in to town and back.

- The air conditioner is a little noisy - The bathtub was blocked, water did not go down well - The shower is not comfortable - The water was too strong or too weak, hard to take a shower

Could do with a bit more attention to cleaning.

Very close to public transportation to take you into the city, but it is right next to the lake for walking or biking. Laundromat is one metro stop away. Convenient for restaurant/bar downstairs or nearby, if desired. Secure parking.
