The shower head was broken and you could not stand under the shower. We reported this but not repaired The cleaners must know it is broken

Well equipped hotel with a pool, gym and off street parking. On site laundry facilitates were a real bonus Easy walk into the town centre. Staff were great.

The bathroom was larger than needed yet the bathtub was very narrow and as it was raised the ceiling was quite low - I’m 163cm and could touch the ceiling! Also the shower head holder was loose so the shower head kept falling off. That said it was a minor nuisance.

We liked the comfortable bed, spacious room. The kitchenette was a bonus even though we didn’t use it. Location was very convenient, walking distance to the train station and airport shuttle, and close enough to the main attractions. The Air conditioning was much appreciated given the 40C temperatures! The staff at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.

Carpet. Stained. And hall where elevator is also has a dirty carpet.

It is clean. Like in the room it’s fresh and nice. Really good. Yes a bit damaged some small spots because of the guests but it’s very very clean inside. Except for the carpet. Also pool is very nice.

The studio had everything we needed for our stay in Toulouse, including a small balcony with table and chairs. We enjoyed the peaceful, yet convenient, location within a short walk of the train station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The fold-out sofa bed for our son had creaky springs so you could hear each time he'd move on the bed.

The hotel is located near several eateries open throughout the week, and the historical downtown area is within easy walking distance. The apartment's kitchenette is well appointed and enables an easy stay for families. Guests also have access not only to the small pool at the hotel but also to the larger one at the other hotel in the Privilege group that's a 4-minute walk away - very exciting for our son!

Excellent location. Super friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in an hour beforehand. They stored our luggage for us after check out time for the whole day - that was amazing! Breakfast was great. My kids loved the pool and gym. Bus, metro & big train stations close by, so easy to get to all main tourist attractions!

When we first arrived, it was not clear how to access the locked door on the street. The photos on the web page seemed to portray a larger swimming pool.

Having a kitchenette in the room, with a small frig, was handy for some meals. The breakfast downstairs was very good. For lodging in the city, having a small soaking pool and sauna in an outside area was a plus. It was great to be able to leave luggage when we first arrived, before the official check-in time. Once we learned the layout of the city, we walked everywhere.

Our room was dark and stains on the carpet. Sensor lights did not work in foyer on 3rd. Disappointing as I booked months ago as to the standard of room we stayed in.
