Small room and claustrophobic bathroom. At 10 PM there wasn't anyone at the reception desk, so you have to do check in yourself. If there is a problem- no one can help you. It's hard to find this property, no signs on the road. Could be cleaner. AC and WiFi didn't work!

Free parking just opposite the room, quite cheap, comfortable bed. Room was quiet.

You have to claw on the bunked bed, cannot even sit straight. The breakfast was very far from the propaganda photo.

The shower was not cleaned, the sink was clogged. can you also provide more towels in the room. Breakfast, there was no much to choose from.

I liked the privacy and that each room has a private bathroom. Free parking was great.

It was very noicy in the night as a group of people were partying all night long. The breakfast was extremely poor...it was a Sunday, we had little alternative so we took it...for extra charge. With breakfast fee and other fees we ended up at a price that was in my opinion much too high for what it was.

Close to highway, they accepted having our dog with us.

The room was pretty warm and cooling capabilities of the airco were very limited. The space in the room and bathroom was limited, but for one person (in a two or three person room) acceptable.

The hotel is rather basic, but for the price paid a three star hotel cannot be expected.

Sitio moi ruidoso, non deixaron de entrar e sair coches no parking durante toda a noite (non pecharon a porta do parking) e había unhas hóspedes que estiveron ata as 4 da mañá ríndose de xeito esaxeradamente alto e ningún traballador do hotel lles dixo nada. A habitación estaba sucia (había pelos no cuarto de baño), a porta do baño non pechaba e o váter estaba atascado. O almorzo era moi escaso, baixamos a almorzar ás 8 e media da mañá e xa case non quedaba pan.

The staff is incredibly unprofessional. We had to pay the full price of stay two times because of a "bug in the booking system". We are supposed to get the money back but still nothing. The rooms were very dirty with hairs and trash on the floor and facilities very basic. As if this was not enough a man opened our room from outside (which was closed by key) at 7 am in the morning. This was one of the most horrific experiences of my life as he stayed a few seconds watching (probably because I was naked as by the way the air conditioning does not work, 41°C outside). I started screaming for my life. I told the receptionist and she made it look like a completely normal situation, just said this could happen. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! I know it's a cheap hotel but some things are just not acceptable even for a lower price of stay.

Wash room size was very small. The door of one washroom could not close (Room 20). It required a lot of struggle to get toilet paper in the was room from the toilet paper dispenser under the wash basin. Some regular upkeep will improve the property.

it was very good value for money. Especially staff was very courteous. Rooms had everything needed for a traveller.
