How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I think I said it all in the above comments.
I have rated all the facilties as excellent but the Hotel overall only good.We have stayed at this location many times in the past.It is now looking that it needs a refurbishment.It was very clean the staff were excellent,the location was excellent,,it had all the facilties you need.The price was super value and a very nice continental breakfast at 6 euro each.As I have said it is looking its age but we will stay there again if we are in the area.

I didn't like the textured pillow cases as they left an imprint on your face, just smooth would be better, thanks.
The hotel was sufficient for basic accommodation. Everything was clean and staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast provided a range of foods to suit most palettes.

Noisy neighbours, passing traffic noise. walls obviously very thin and not sound insulated. However, I still had a good night's sleep 😴 Bathroom fixtures worn and dated..
Great position ,easy to access, great breakfast value for money. 👌

Two flights of stairs up which was a nuisance with loaded bicycles. We asked before about a place for bikes but got no useful reply
Quick and easy to check in and room was functional. Breakfast was pretty good

Shower head holder broken, shower flooded bathroom, toilet seat broken, dirty towel supplied, socket nowhere near bedside across doorway, slippy floor, poor breakfast.
Clean, quiet location with window open all night, comfortable bed.

Quite a bit of road noise as the hotel is next to the main road, rooms open out directly on to the outside walkway.
Self-check in useful as I arrived late.

Rooms are really small. Noise from autobahn. Breakfast consists of bread(few types) with honey or marmelade(few types). I expected at least eggs and some kind of meat/sausage.
Late check till 20.30. Room is clean. Everything works good. Free parking.

A receptionist as I struggled with the log in, the software wasn't well done. But at the price I fully understand
Great value hotel, It was warm, comfortable, had a great nights sleep, perfect location to stay at after seeing a concert at Crossroads. Breakfast was simple but filling.

very poorly equipped room, 1 plug socket, small shower, smelly room, people next room smoking and it came through ventilation in the bathroom, when people smoking outside it came into the room even when I closed the door and window, I will never stay again and probably not use Premier Class again for fear of the same issues

The room was not properly clean and smelled like there has been a party the night before. The beds are too old, it looked like an old "premiere classe" hotel, certainly needs a complete revamp because it is outdated. Not enough electric plugs to charge 3 mobile phones, again old style.. Also during our stay 8 police vans stayed over night with armed officers close to our room. To be honest I didn’t feel too comfy about this, at all, I would have preferred to be notified about this and given the option to cancel. I understand police on the road have to slee somewhere but I felt very very uncomfortable sleeping with my family sourrounded by weapons.

Receptionist very welcoming. Room and bathroom quite small especially for 3 people making it quite claustrophobic , bathroom ok, room was noisy, air conditioning didn't work making sleeping at the top very warm. Could do with modernisation. Breakfast ok bread, cereal, a butter, jams, also a toaster which was good. Good location with Buffalo Grill opposite.
