Excellent hotel! Spotless and very cosy! Excellent location: 3 mintes away from the metro station and on a walking distance from the Opera and Montmartre. The rooms are quite small, but they have everything needed (including a desk and a comfortable chair).

We stayed at Des 3, 19 years ago, and it is as good today as we remembered it. Staff so friendly, quiet spacious comfy room with great bathroom. Hotel close to Sacre Coeur and Montematre, so a day 50 min walk to Notre Dame (or tube). Lots of neighbourhood cafes and restaurants. Tasty generous breakfast!

There was construction that woke us up. I did not feel very safe to leave my keys as the front desk is often unattended.

The location is in the best neighborhood with so many places to eat and shop. The room is nice and clean.

Excellent service, especially from Ayeto at the reception. The lady at the breakfast room is also very friendly. Location in the night lively area with lots of good restaurants nearby. Bike ride to city centre only a few minutes.

No air conditioning! But it was an exceptionally hot weekend for June.

The air conditioning wasn't working due to work in the building which went on longer than expected. However the rooms and breakfast room stayed cool so this was not a problem.

Everything is perfect and clean but outside of the hotel is in construction , it’s bit dusty , the sink was leaking at the base , it’s not big deal. Very good in general

One of the two bedrooms we got was a bit too small to open two suitcases. But not a big issue.

The staff were all excellent and had a great attitude. The facilities were spot on - there was an issue with the ac when we arrived but the management was very gracious about it and gave us portable coolers. Also, since there was renovation going on the management gave us free breakfast which was excellent- better than most paid breakfasts at other similar hotels. Location was excellent with connections to tourist spots from two metros which are just 5-7 mins away from hotel. A great experience - will definitely return here.

Nice small hotel in a good area with lots of places to eat nearby. Room was good with a comfortable bed and facilities were very clean. Onsite restaurant that served breakfast was good. I arrived early from overseas and the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in which was really appreciated.

This small boutique hotel is located right in the heart of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Paris. It is also easy access, a few steps from bus and metro stations. The room was quite spacious for Paris' standard. I must salute the incredible staff (pure gold), at the reception and for the breakfast (the sweetest staff ever). Great offering for the breakfast. Overall: A+++ and great value. Book it if you haven't yet.

The hotel is close to the lively (especially during weekends) rue des Martyrs, full of wonderful brasseries and boulangeries, and walking distance from Montmartre and the church of Sacre Coeur. You can reach the city centre walking, if you like, otherwise there's plenty of subway stops close by. The room was cozy, perfect for two people, and super clean. I loved the decorations on the wall. We had cleaning service coming to make the bed everyday during our stay. The staff is very polite, eager to help. We loved our small chats with the nice ladies at the reception, it's these small things that make a place warmer and nicer to stay. When we arrived the room wasn't ready so the staff offered to store our luggage until the room was ready. Same when we left, we asked to keep our luggage stored and pick it up before departure. If you drive to Paris, there's a covered, guarded parking place right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended, especially for the price they charge.
