You had to ring and request the main reception door to be opened by staff. The main door should be automatically open during the day to let guests go in and out without needing to ring and wait for a member of staff to let u into the hotel

We had a room that was lacking some of the offered accommodations. We didn’t have a bench for our dinning table or a knob on our mirrored closet we had lot of rust stains on our counters in the kitchen and a guest next door smoked offen.

We loved how active the property was with families. He loved its location to so many dinning and shopping options as well as transportation

The corridor outside the apartment smelled of cigarrete smoke. Nothing that bothered us much once we entered the apartment though. The communication with the aparthotel through booking was not good. I messaged them to ask if our booking could be changed due to a flight cancellation and I never got a reply regarding the subject. A couple of days after our arrival I received a generic reply that had nothing to do with my question or request.

I think the apartments were spacious and clean. The aparthotel is very well located, not in the centrum of Paris but very close by metro. It has supermarkets and restaurants just a few blocks away which made it easy to buy groceries and eat out when we didnt feel like cooking. The stove at the apartment worked better than expected so easy meals could easily be prepared. Great when travelling with kids. It was very nice with a well functioning air conditioner.

The rooms were quiet and dark with air conditioning unit that made us having high quality sleep. The facilities at the lobby were also nice for the kids (table tennis, piano and foosball).

As a family of four (two adults and two children), we were very satisfied with our stay at this aparthotel. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing—no unpleasant surprises; on the contrary, the reality pleasantly exceeded our expectations. A special thanks goes to the reception staff, who were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, which greatly contributed to the overall positive experience of our stay. We also really appreciated the breakfast, which fully met our expectations. The selection was rich, tasty, and suitable for both adults and children. All items were continuously replenished, and everything appeared fresh and of good quality. Before making the reservation, we had read various reviews and had some initial concerns. However, we were positively surprised—our personal experience turned out to be much better than expected. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families looking for comfortable and friendly lodging in this part of Paris.

There is no room service, you have to pay extra for washing 7euro for washing clothes and 4 for drying, baggage storage is not free either

We stayed at the Tour Eiffel location, the one bedroom apartment rooms are well equipped, they have everything you need, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, view of the Eiffel Tower, great if you want to book somewhere where you can cook, there is a couple of supermarkets very close by and a bus stop just in front of the hotel

Spacious rooms with everything you'd need. Close to two metro stations on each side. Friendly staff is available 24/7. We quite liked the food fridge in the lobby which could be of big help if you arrive very late in the night.
