Perfect and beautifully presented. The host was great and very welcoming. Although quite rural, the beautiful town of Arras is a 5 minute drive.

There was an aroma diffuser that we had to move out of the bedroom as it was too highly scented.

Very convenient for the motorway and only an hour from the Eurotunnel and ferry port. Located in a quiet village, with lots of parking in a gated courtyard. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, crisp bed linen and a good bathroom with nice towels. We went into Arras, a short drive away, for food and had a pleasant wander through the old streets and squares. The owner was charming, friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was served in the main house and consisted of tea/ coffee, brioche and bread, with options of boiled eggs, granola and juice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We also had an excellent breakfast. In the evening i was a short journey into Arras and there are a large number of restaurants in the centre by the town square. We wanted to visit some of the local WW1 sites and the accommodation is ideally placed.

There was nowhere to put our suitcase, so had to put it on the floor to sort out clothes etc.. The floor was very noisy just walking on it, which was impossible to keep the kids from making noise.

There were no local places (within walking distance) to eat at dinner time so a 10-15 minute drive in to Arras. However be aware most decent restaurants do not start their dinner service until 7PM, there were a few bars that did snacks and a Au Bureau (a chain) which opens early to late and that serves pub like food (which was okay). As we were hungry and tired we chose to eat there. There was ample parking in Arras, both underground and overground all for a small fee at the time we went (6PM).

Set in idyllic grounds. The room met all expectations very clean and tidy and everything needed for our short stay. The owners were extremely nice (spoke excellent English) and you would only have to ask if you needed any help/advice. Breakfast was excellent, everything you would expect from a French B&B continental breakfast and all locally sourced which made it even more special. Would definitely recommend staying there.
