Fantastic cosy studio apartment. Stayed here for 1 week with my 2 sons (12 +13). We all found it extremely comfortable and relaxing. The apartment is fully equipped with lots of storage. Locker room was heated, but would advise not to leave anything wet or damp there as would probably not dry for next day. Spa area, jacuzzi and saunas were clean but sometimes no towels ( robes are available in the apartment). Overall we had a great time at this centrally located apartment. Kristell was always on hand to deal with any questions and provides an excellent service. Would highly recommend A++

Not much. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location right in the centre of 1950 with excellent facilities and comfortable beds. The spa was very refreshing and the communal areas well appointed. It was easy to access the slopes from the boot room We had excellent service from Kristen who was able to respond to any questions we had.

Arrival was hideous. There's so much conflicting information on arrival about where to park, how to get into the apartment building, how to access the keys... we didn't even know which apartment we were booked into. The Booking.com advert said that there was a 24 hour reception which isn't true, there was no-one there. There were signs on reception telling you to ring various numbers, all of which said sorry, your stay is nothing to do with us because you didn't book through us. We arrived with the arrival information provided by Booking.com, thinking we were doing the right thing. The host had actually sent a separate email from an email adress that we didn't recognise, several months before our arrival with different information, but if you don't see that email, you're screwed. The host told us over the phone that we had to download an app to access the apartment which when you've got 3% battery on your phone and no internet connection at 10pm at night, isn't actually that helpful. The app to open the door to the apartment didn't work most of the time, so we used the door key cards instead. My suggestion is to scrap the overly long-winded access information and just say on the booking.com advert that there's a key box in reception and then give people the access code for it. Simples.

The location was great and the proximity to other services such as ski rental, lift pass collection etc were all very convenient. The host was available on the phone to help us access the apartment when we arrived very late at night, completely exhausted.

This particular property was very organized and well thought of when built. I love the ski-in/ski-out concept. From your door to the slopes. We stayed in unit 354, and Kristell couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. We had zero issues during our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Also, we rented our ski equipment from FreeRide, a rental and ski shop right next to the entrance of our building. Very easy process and friendly staff.

The apartment was very well located for our skiing holiday with direct access to the slopes and lifts. The kitchen was well equipped with a hob and microwave as well as a dishwasher. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed. Perfect for a family of 4 people.

The studio apartment is beautifully furnished. The supply of towels, slippers, and dressing gowns makes it feel like a luxury hotel. The apartment and location are everything you need for a relaxing ski in ski out holiday. The hot tub, steam, and sauna wellness area was clean and very relaxing after a day's skiing

We spent our holiday in Dec 2022 in this lovely studio. A small kitchen with everything you need, clean room and bathroom, very beautiful view over the mountains, ski in ski out, beautiful decorated. The owner helped us with our queries. At the reception we had Marie who was absolutely lovely! We definitely recommand this place for a holiday as a couple or small family.
