How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A great place to stop off if visiting Parc asterix or also to break up a journey. Fab pool which my children enjoyed after a long day in the car. Tasty meal in the evening at the Hôtel restaurant and also a good breakfast selection. Comfortable family room

The children’s play area in the middle of the double height reception area was noisy and intrusive.
Just off autoroute, nice restaurant and pool, helpful staff

Lack of attention to the smaller details (eg free water bottle in room fridge not refilled, remote control not working, baby crib taking up space in room although we didn’t ask for one, lack of cutlery at breakfast until we asked). Trivial things, but added together marred the overall impression of the place.
Convenient by taxi from Parc Astérix. 24-hour check-in. Clean room and comfortable night’s sleep.

The sheets of the beds were “plastically” which made these not breathe…. The food was oké in the evening, but more simple would be a recommendation. A glass of red wine for 9 euros is over the top
Excellent location so close to the highway. Very friendly lady at the reception, helpful, flexible and cooperative, rare these days in the hotel business. Well done

Nothing, perfect for our 2 nights.
Great location, 5 minutes from parc asterix. Comfortable, clean and with a continental breakfast. (I struggled a bit being gluten free, however I didn't ask so there may have been others available)

The corridor lighting was quiet dark.
The breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Top class! Thank you to the staff who prepared it. Everything you could think of. Waffles, crossiants, cooked breakfast, fruit, yogurts etc. Staff at dinner and check in were very friendly. Comfy rooms. Quiet. Good size bathroom. Nice power shower.

Check in could have been better but I think this was down to Booking.com as there were others there struggling too who had also booked via the site. The hotel couldn't find the bookings for several people who had all booked via Booking.com - they were found eventually but we were all stood wondering if we were booked in or not
We arrived late this time so didn't have a meal at night but have had the meals at night on previous visits and they have been really nice - cannot say the same for breakfast though - give it a miss, definitely not that good on previous visits

It was a bit simple on looks and atmosphere but all within what you can expect for the price.
Good value for money. Location close to the highway without any noise. And friendly staff. Heated swimming pool helped the kids spend some energy after a long ride. Wil go back if its again a good break for a long ride.

Rooms are comfortable and nice and staff are friendly
I reviewed this hotel a few days ago as we stayed twice but again. The rooms are great and comfortable but communal areas need a lot of work. Very run down. Lots of broken bits and pool it’s filthy. We also payed way more city tax than expected. Over €30 for 2 nights for 4 people
