United States1) Everything about this hotel was American, except the shower. Please, provide a full enclosure, some water pressure, and some washcloths. And how about putting the light switch in the room instead of outside so that everyone has to be awakened by the blinding light? 2) If the breakfast closes at 11a, one should be able to still get everything until that time. I got there at 10.40, and the kitchen was no longer offering made-to-order omelets, which was ok I guess. However, when I had to ask several people for water because they were whisking everything away, well, that seems unreasonable.
The staff was very nice and always efficient.

United StatesFor older people, almost all the chairs or sofas in the facility are very deep in the seat with minimal back support and not very comfortable at all. Also the shower floor is horribly slippery and a real fall hazard for older folks.
Location is fine. Hotel is pleasant, but the soundproofing was not great. We had some very loud neighbours. The restaurant is quite nice. The public spaces are attractive. The shuttle is free and runs all day, but it's location at the airport is not convenient to international flights and quite hard to find. Not the hotel's fault, assigned by the airport.

IndiaThe security at the hotel. A con man was loitering in the reception area and tried to con my husband of taking out money from his wallet. Fortunately, my husband was alert and held onto his money. When he mentioned it to some airline crew members in the smoking area, they said that some of them had also been approached in the exact same manner. They called the Hotel security and went through the CC TV footage and identified the man who had tried to con my husband. Apparently, there is a gang including a woman (the airline crew said they had been approached by some other man) operating in the hotel. The airline crew told the Head of security that things had been missing from their rooms, too and that they did not feel safe in the hotel. The Security Head said they would look into it.
Spacious room, nice bar and restaurant, free shuttle service to CDG Airport, a mini Market in the lobby where snacks and drinks were available.
