Bathrooms very small and in need of upgrade. 1 small lift in the building and was out of order so we had to carry suitcases 3 flights of stairs. There is no drinking water or glasses in the room and we had to go buy water from the Cafe across the road.

there was basic amenities (hair dryer, tv,wardrobe) it is a cheap & cheerful hotel. but the bathroom was covered in mould, the shower door handles was broken & the drain stink. the carpet was stained & the room could have done with a good dust & repaint.

fantastic location, near food outlets ,shops & bars. near the metro that takes you all over Paris. housekeeping daily made the beds & clean towels.

There are a lotttt of stairs to walk up, just something to be aware of for those of disabilities. I was able to manage though, even with my heavy backpack :)

The elevator was a small and so old, also, the bathroom was really really small

I didn't like the one staff that didn't let me go outside for some fresh air at 3am before me checking out later that morning. I guess he was scared that I woke him up.

I liked the surroundings and the room was peaceful and welcoming.

I recently stayed at Paris Brux Hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with Anny standing out for her exceptional hospitality—HE was professional, attentive, and truly made my stay more comfortable. However, the cleaning staff needs better training. They knocked on my door multiple times for cleaning, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, they were speaking loudly on their phones in the corridors, which affected the peaceful atmosphere. While the service at the front desk was great, improving housekeeping etiquette would make the stay much more pleasant.

No heating at all during extreme cold weather , Very unpleasant behaviour of night manager when we told him about problem . very narrow stairways and rooms.

Was under the impression that the price we paid included breakfast but was charged 10 Euros per person. I would say this was an error with the booking.com site and not the hotel.

Location was great - right next to the main square. Lots of shops and metro station less than a minutes walk away.

I arrived before check-in time. I asked about little bit earlier check-in and I was checked ind 1 hour earlier. Helpful information from reception. Very good cleaning in the numbers. Hotel situated in the very good, easy accessible area 👌. Many café and restaurants around. Bus stop og metro situated near. I am satisfied 😌

Overall the building is old. The room I stayed in was dark (especially in the evening). Even though the bathroom seemed nice, it was not well cleaned before my arrival (it was cleaned the morning after I stayed my first night). One of the worst breakfasts I have seen in Paris.

The carpet on the floor seemed a little bit dirty.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Every day we had new clean towels and sheets. The temperature of the room was also nice. If we needed breakfast we could pay 10€ per person.

Room is very tiny. Broken desk. Broken fan. Snack machine in lobby was not working. General run down appearance of hotel entrance and room.

Location location location. Many restaurants nearby. Across the Republique Square from Metro. Staff at check in was lovely. The room maid from Cote d'Ivoire was kind. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern. Escalator is old but it worked
