⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb near INSEAD Fontainebleau! From the moment we arrived, Erich and his lovely family made us feel completely at home. Staying here felt like living with a classy French family in a beautiful palace filled with artistic touches in every corner, every detail of the house reflects charm and elegance. Every morning, we woke up to a delicious breakfast with super fresh bakery items that Erich personally brings, along with the most delightful homemade jams. The terrace is a dream, the perfect spot to relax after a busy morning exploring Fontainebleau or visiting INSEAD (which is just a 10-minute drive away!). One of the things that really made our stay stress-free was the private parking. We didn’t have to worry at all about our car’s security or any extra costs. And on one of the warmest days in France, Erich went above and beyond to provide us with a portable AC, making sure we were perfectly comfortable. What really stood out is how kind and attentive Erich and his family were — always offering great recommendations, helping whenever needed, and even surprising us with afternoon snacks. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay.

A magical stay – like a real-life fairytale! We had the most unforgettable stay in this beautiful “château”. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The owner is a true passionate host – the best we’ve ever met. His attention to detail, care, and hospitality made us feel incredibly special. The property itself is immaculate – every corner is perfectly maintained and full of charm. It truly felt like being in a magical world, far away from everyday life. Our children were enchanted, and we as adults were just as amazed. This place is not just accommodation – it’s an experience. We can’t recommend it enough. If you have the chance to stay here – don’t hesitate. It’s a dream come true.

It was an excellent stay and the host Erich was more than pleasant. He was just perfect, just as his Castle. The accommodation was so lovely and decorated with distinguished tasted and we even had a private « terasse » as a surprise. The quality of the breakfast was really good and Erich made sure we had everything we need. We all love home made breakfast with exceptional french quality products. Erich also gave us the information we need to visit the areas and advised us on what we could visit. We also met his lovely family. I am surely going back to Erich’s castle and I can’t wait.

As a Hotelier myself I appreciated the quality and relaxing feel of the Hotel And there wasn't anything I didn't like about this Hotel.

The Hotel was perfect. Excellent secure parking, Exceptional designer furnishings in the lounge, etc. Bedroom was beautiful with incredibly comfortable bed. Erich could not do enough for you. If you are looking for a nice relaxing Hotel to explore the Fontainbleu area, this is for you. I will certainly be back as soon as possible.

First class establishment! The house renovations are absolutely breathtaking. If you seek class and charm, this is a must stay. The rooms are large, best night sleep and the host is very friendly. This was our last stop on our French countryside trip. We even had a wonderful breakfast served with such class and elegance I felt like royalty. Don’t miss the opportunity to cozy up next to the fire and enjoy the ambiance. To be spoiled, this is a must stay!

Erich went above and beyond to make our stay so special. We didn’t arrive until 9.30pm but he brought us tea and biscuits next to the fire. The breakfast was delicious and the chocolate chicks went down a treat for Easter! The house is beautifully decorated and the rooms very comfortable and individual. Excellent location for exploring the area. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Amazing! Beautiful and charming place - very elegant and luxurious but also cozy at the same time. The service was superb! We really enjoyed our stay, especially loved having our evening tea in front of the fireplace. The place was quiet, and bed super comfortable, so we slept very well.
