Great hotel! The room size is good compared to others in the same area. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, the Opera, the Galleria, and all transport links.

Overwhelming smell of Chinees food gets sucked into the room via a/c. The rooms are small, so you have to keep your carry-on closed and tucked in at all times so that you can walk in and out of the room or go to the bathroom. The bathtub is very narrow, so you have to stand sideways in the shower. The elevator is small, very small.

During my stay the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. A few of the tourist attractions are within walking distance (30-40 min to Louvre) The hotel is very close to Metro stations. Its very close to shopping malls. Plenty of small shops and boutiques on the same street as the hotel as well as the neighboring streets. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by and on same street. In my opinion too close to restaurants because of very strong smell of especially Chinese food.

We was informed all taxes were included and they insisted that I pay extra taxes. I had to pay an extra 11 euro for my child. When I explained child don’t pay taxes the man just shrugged his shoulder.

Ac not working on one of hottest weekends of yea

The hotel is in a great location and is more than adequate. The only issue we had was with the ac not working properly. They did give us a fan but it didn’t hit the mark

Great little hotel. Room small but comfortable with good sized bathroom and lots of hot water. Reception staff very friendly and spoke excellent English. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, instead tried local cafes. Brilliant location for sightseeing.

For the price, the room was really quite small. The 'desk' was tiny and mostly coverered with tea-making facilities.

Our room on 3rd floor was not ready when we arrived so we were offered a room that was ready on 5th floor we were tired wanted to go to room so agreed. Unfortunately no elevator working, it’s a hike when you’ve already done 20,000 steps sightseeing. No hairdryer in the bathroom

Great location few minutes from metro couple mins to Galeriers Lafayette & Pretemps. Close by Opera Garnier. Cafes and choice of restaurants all within minutes of hotel. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Room was plenty big enough and clean, comfortable bed. Huge lovely bathroom
