We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandWe were greeted with full smile and polite explanation about how everything works. Free snacks, drinks, ironing, sauna, gym... Oh and free degustation of local food (we tried this delicious foccacia). The room was clean, very pretty and comfortable. There's even a rooftop bar with beautiful view and amazing drinks! Hotel is just 5min by foot to train station, around 10min walk to the port and there're plenty of bus stops around to go further (around 20-30 minutes to a beautifull beach by bus).

Very beautiful, clean, calm and new rooms with good sound proofing, very comfy beds, rather silent air conditioning, good environmental practices such as no mini fridge but ample snacks and drinks included and available in the lobby area. Very efficient processes. 2 blocks away from railway station.
