How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All positive reviews are true! I had an excellent stay in a very comfortable room. The hotel is calm and quiet, but in a central location 5 minutes walk away from beach and restaurants etc. Special mention to the hotel owners who provide world class hospitality! They are very friendly, always there for assistance. They even helped me with an issue I had with another hotel, just because they really take care of their guests! When I’m back to Frejus I’ll definitely stay at L‘Oasis. I suggest you do the same 😀

Just a matter of preference really but there were no tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room. If you wanted a hot drink you needed to walk to the buffet room to use a machine and then write down what drinks you had as all drinks were chargeable.
We had a room close to reception. There was a private outdoor space, the bed was big and very comfortable. The shower was good and there was plenty of wardrobe space. A free safe was provided and free WiFi. The hotel was lovely and quiet, close to the beach and the seafront.

I like the amenities, room, air-conditioning especially in the lobby up to the hallways and of course the breakfast. Also, special mention ti the Receptionist in the concierge for being polite, nice, and helpful to us. We will surely be back soonest!

There were a lot of mosquitos in the patio, and they were pretty aggressive :D
It is indeed an oasis - green and cozy hotel, with kind and friendly atmosphere. Many thanks to managers for their smiles and good mood, they made all our days there. Location is perfect, private parking (there were always free places), 5 min to the sea, good start for trips along the coast of Cote d'Azur. Breakfast with handmade croissants, not so expensive, quite good.

Terrific quiet but convenient location. Beach and restaurants just minutes away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked for two nights but extended for another two nights it was so comfortable.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Perfect location near the beach, close to Fréjus port and only 15 mins walk to St Raphael, which is also great. Excellent service. I look forward to our next visit!

The staff here were very helpful after I had an accident during my stay in Frejus and needed surgery at the local hospital. They made sure I got my luggage and moved my friend to a ground floor room because he had a bad knee.

A lovely hotel only mins to the beach/promenade and convenience stores. Rooms are very clean, the bed’s comfortable and amazing modern shower with great water pressure. I had a room with private courtyard - such a lovely bonus. Staff are so warm and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and a great selection for the price. This hotel is well priced and I would definitely stay here again.

After a long thinking we deside NOTHING!
The vibe of the hotel fits great with the Cote d'Azur. People are helpful and friendly. We had a great 4 days. The bed sleeps very good. The shower was super. We had a nice outside Private place to sit. The Garden to eat is beautiful. We see the people working to make it look great and clean all day.

Cannot think of anything really. Maybe to offer a 4-person room?
A hidden gem! We loved the Oasis. The hostess was lovely and very welcoming. The beachy vibe and interior is very attractive and relaxing. We enjoyed the breakfast outside. It is a 3 min walk to the beach and we haven’t even had time to see or do more, since we only stayed 1 night. But we would have loved to stay longer.

Minor - The rooms could do with a bit more colour and lighting is a bit cold.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Exceptionally clean and quiet area. Comfortable bed and good sized room with an outdoor area! Good breakfast at a very reasonable price (€9.50). Only 5 min from the beach. Frejus is a lovely town with excellent market but is about 3km from the hotel

Pretty nice hotel, close enough to the pier region but super quiet. Cute areas, extremely clean (it always smelled fresh clean which was nice), they had a buffet breakfast option which we took and had good options. You can also reach st Raphäel in a short 20 min walk. Staff was also friendly.
