Watch out - the pool is mosquito central.

Good to have 1 double bed and 2 singles for the kids. Very handy to have separate toilet to the sink and shower. Breakfast style breakfast was delicious. Kids loved the pool table and the xbox and enjoyed the pool.

Air conditioning didn't work properly, it was >30C outside and it became uncomfortable in the suite. There was no toilet brush.

Swimming pool overlooking the garden was beautiful. Water was chilly but refreshing. Decent breakfast. Comfy bed. Clean.

The bed for our teenager was very uncomfortable and noisy. It needed replacing really. She slept very badly. Empty shower gel and hand wash in bathroom!!

Fitness room was not air conditioned and extremely hot to use. More free weights would be better - limited selection. Other equipment good. Housekeeping standards varied. One day dirty cups were not taken away and no fresh ones left. Sanitary bags not topped up and had to ask for shower gel to be refilled.

Shower was slippy and sadly my husband had a bad fall which impacted on rest of holiday. Staff did provide a bath mat when requested but please be aware

It is a lovely hotel. Pool with terrace overlooking Japanese garden is very relaxing. Staff were efficient and friendly, great breakfast and comfortable beds. Would recommend if you don’t mind not being central Toulouse. Area is nice and friendly.

We first arrived and was given a key code to get into our room , however another couple were already in the room , gave them a bit of a shock when we entered ! Then we were given another room however Still not correct as I had booked for a room with a balcony , which was double booked . We were given yet another room , no balcony but some chocolate to compensate . It worked , Good chocolate . I Booked this hotel as next to the Japanese garden, which was nice but it closed at random times so we couldn’t cut through which added to the walk back and full of mosquitoes .

Very good location , 10 minute to walk to the Capitol square . As long as park gates were unlocked . Easy for buses and trains and airport shuttle. Nice pool .

Our room was an accessible room, which we hadn't asked for, so there were a few issues - no comfy chair or sofa in the room; the shower head could not be fixed to the rail (had to be handheld). I fully appreciate that this is good adaptation for a wheelchair user, but it made our stay more inconvenient. The air-con in the room was very poor, so we were very hot overnight and didn't sleep well. Wine in the restaurant was expensive. Reception staff were quite slow - maybe in training?

Modern stylish hotel in a central but quiet location, backing onto a lovely little park. Our room was a decent size. Bar staff were friendly & professional. The stay was good value for money - especially for a city centre hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was a good standard and good value for a hotel.

The room was quite dark in the evening and would benefit from additional lights. It was cold without the air conditioning but too noisy to sleep when it was on.

The built in hairdryer in the bathrooms is poor for ladies who have long hair. (Ask reception or the cleaning staff, we were able to source a proper one to use 😀)

Great location on the edge of the Japanese gardens. Easy access too/from airport shuttle bus stop although uber similar price. Staff are friendly and helpful. 2 x choice of breakfast 9 or 19 euro Definitely recommend and have been twice this year.

The beds was to soft (my opinion). The room was to small for family combination (two people, and we did let them know about it in advance). The shower was also in a small cabin-room, and we did not ask for bathtub; it really took too much space of the bathroom area, Ps. the toilet was in separated small room.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. Location ok, depends on if you like to say little bit off the middle of the city. We did not try the swimming pool, but it seem to be ok, and we did not try the breakfast.

My family of three shared a room, which worked quite well. The location right next to the park with the Japanese garden and very close to the metro and airport bus is excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurants in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.
